Here’s the thing, stuff happens. Car and trucks are machines but we’re just human. My experience didn’t go as planned but it turned out just fine. No excuses or passing the buck they took responsibility and in today’s world that’s exceedingly rare. Anthony Bauman, my service advisor, was a consummate gentleman who addressed my concerns and the manager Scott Swelland also treated me with respect and made me feel confident in my decision to choose Mauer Chevrolet for my Silverado! I have been taking my 2004 Yukon Denali here for 10 years now. Chad the service director and his team are always the best. Timely service, solid information about my truck and a ride when you need it. When dealing with an older truck, it’s nice to know that this team already has all the info and can be relied upon for the service it need.

Brett is very knowledgeable about the truck I purchased and a when I have questions about my purchase he still helps me out with my truck!! Dennis was great, and so easy to work with. We appreciated his easy going manner but also straightforwardness. The maintenance team took my concerns seriously, inspecting the exact warning light that was the basis of the appointment. I did not have to negotiate or 'haggle' to ensure my warranty privileges were utilized and at pickup my technician knew which sensor had failed without having to look it up or ask the maintainer!

Brought my car in to have a check engine light evaluated. Discovered the problem was more severe than originally thought. The person helping me was able to offer me a loaner when we discovered they needed more time to fix my car. The loaner met all my needs and was a delight to drive. The shop did a great job of getting my car back to me in quick order. Using my Costco discount and my reward points was easy since I followed the advice of the gentleman helping me. Since I got it back my A/C feels like it works better and the car seems to run better overall. It was a pleasure to work with the shop and the dealership in general.

My first purchase at Mauer Chevrolet was yesterday , bought a 2021 Suburban RST from Matthew Wheeler. I started looking for my Suburban by contacting 4 Chevrolet dealerships , but Matt was hands down the best at reaching out to me and following up with any question I had. He secured the vehicle and didn’t suffocate me with “salesman” chat. I’ve bought over 50 cars in my life and I get turned off by someone pushing their narrative on me. Matt didn’t do that , it was just 2 guys chatting about a new suburban. He was honest , patient , and made sure the entire experience was amazing. I received a very fair value for my trade in and finance was effortless. I will absolutely purchase another vehicle from Mauer Chevrolet!

Went in for a car for myself and had such a great experience with Adam as our sales guy. It felt like any other conversation dealing with him. And Johnny from finance was a complete riot as well. We enjoyed our purchase experience so much we went back for a truck. Even John the sales manager was in on the fun. Hands down I'd recommend this trio!
