We go to Macy’s all the time. I love this store. Younes is amazing and friendly. He is super helpful and helps us all the time. Exceptional customer service from him and he always has a smile and eager to help. He is awesome! The store is well maintained and so organized. Everyone here is nice and super friendly. .

Jamal in the mens suit department was an absolute life saver! He was knowledgeable, helpful, extremely professional, kind, friendly and made getting a new suit for my son a seamless experience! Thank you so much!

Went there to pickup an item and unfortunately they didn't have the item. The employees were very nice and super helpful. No complaints with such nice and helpful employees.

Came here after work with my mom and sister to look for prom dresses. Macy has been the best place to get prom dresses because they have a wide variety to choose from as in style, color, fabrics and etc but a bit on the pricey side so be prepared for that but other wise love it.

Prom shopping craziness! It was crowded but had plenty of dressing rooms! Little to now wait in line, it was great!

Macy's is a great place to shop and they tend to have a lot of options. However finding things can be hard, if you don't know where to look.

All the employees here were very helpful and cheery. I had no problem finding someone to help me make my purpose. The person we checked me out was happy and knowledgeable on the item I couldn't find and helped me order it. Great place.

My first inperson store visit since Covid-19 hit. I felt safe. Bought the 6.5 quart Ninja Foodi and found a giraffe statue & giraffe mug in their clearance area!
