Stinson Services replaced the shingles on our roof and shed after a hailstorm last summer. They were referred by a friend and were prompt in responding during a busy reroofing season. They worked with our insurance firm ironing out details of the claim, making it a smooth process. They were not able to keep to the timeline they originally projected due to the unavailability of the shingles we specified, which matched the shingles they were replacing. We didn’t want to settle for a less attractive, less durable shingle. Stinson Services searched the country to find them and brought them in from California. Perhaps if they searched for the shingles at the time the contract was signed, it would have reduced any delays. The actual project took less than a day. They had a large knowledgeable polite crew. It was a windy day but they still kept the debris to a minimum and cleaned up the site. Our roof was done well before the snow season and looks great. Nice job Stinson!

We had damage to our Edina home from a hail storm. I noted when doing yard clean up that the slate roof had been broken as many pieces were on the ground surrounding the home's perimeter. Initially consulted a contractor doing work across the street however when adjuster came he was late and distracted spending most of his time texting on his phone. After declining the claim I consulted a friend who is an insurance agent and he suggested Stinson Services. Dave Brechon arrived on time and thoroughly inspected the roof confirming what I had noted with broken pieces of slate and obvious denting of copper gutters and two skylights cladding. He left full of information he documented and did research on the storm that hit our area. Prior to submitting he updated me on what he had assembled and modified after taking input from us also noting numerous options we had in material options. We decided to replace with the slate since the roof is such a prominent part of our home. He updated us as the process as it was resubmitted with proper documentation. Attention to detail by Dave helped in the approval to get replaced. Next was Stinson assembling the A-team crew for the replacement. All workers were courteous, industrious, and competent from tear off to final clean up. I have received so many compliments from people walking by. I can't say enough how glad I was to get Stinson involved and selecting as our roofing contractor. I can best summarize if you care about the quality and believe in doing things the right way then Stinson Services is an excellent choice for your home. Very pleased with process and results.

If we had questions or concerns, they were addressed immediately.
4. Payment Options - It took us less than 10 minutes to complete the application, in our case, we have 0% interest for 18 months. It was simple.
5. Delivery - Most important to us - the project was delivered on time and on budget; as promised by Stinson Services. The project passed city inspection without issue.

After finding out we had a leak at the end of December, Stinson was able to help us out immensely. Hector came out on a warmer day and take a look at the cause of the issue and apply a fix at the same time. Working with Dave ahead of time was enlightening as he shared his deep knowledge and talked through possible issues that could be causing the leak. Thank you for your time and effort in answering our various questions and getting the issue fixed.

Stinson services were great! I like them because they employ their own full-time roofers. You could tell these guys have worked together for years. They were fast, professional, and did a really great job. They also did a nice job cleaning up after themselves including running magnets around the yard to make sure there weren’t any miscellaneous nails. I highly recommend them and will use them again.

Hector, the person assigned to repair the roof was absolutely remarkable. Fast, efficient, communications, attitude--I cannot say enough good about this person.

Then as fate would have it an unfortunate event happened at my house, Hector came out to the house almost immediately to inspect the roof and ensured the integrity remained. I truly feel extremely blessed to have such quality people in my corner and would HIGHLY recommend their services to anyone. We hit the jackpot finding Stinson Services! After having some roof and facia damage, we also decided it was time to update our siding and wanted to do something outside-the-box. Heidi came and had a design suggestion when she arrived. We LOVE it!!! The roofing color and siding are something we would never had imagined but we get compliments on it by all our neighbors! The inside people AND installers were all EXCELLENT! Very responsive and quality team. Cannot recommend this company enough.

As an insurance agent, Stinson Services has been an excellent referral source for my clients. They offer a thorough assessment on potential hail damage with their inspections. And equally as important, they are honest with clients if there is no hail damage at all. They do a great job working with adjustors coming to reasonable solutions in cost and scope of damage so all parties are satisfied. I work with many insurance companies and they know reputable contractors versus the "storm chasers." Stinson Services works well with all of my group of companies. Which in the end, works well for my clients.

Outstanding sales and service. Stinson Services puts a premium on communication with their customers. From my initial contact with their salesperson (Jim) to the completion of the work, they have been great about letting us know when the work would be done and how they would do it. The quality of their work is outstanding, too. We had some custom designs which Stinson handled without any issues at all. Tip of the hat to Aaron who coordinated the work with his crew. Aaron is very professional and cares about customer satisfaction. Don't hesitate to use Stinson for your gutter and leaf guard installation!

Working in an insurance agency people are always looking for someone to give them honest info about possible claims. I recently worked with Stinson on a siding & roofing project due to storm damage. My situation was unique, and the wonderful staff at Stinson took the time to explain all my options, and made sure I understood everything so I could make the best decision. Everyone involved in my project, from their field sales person Dave, to the inside design consultant Heidi, and Project schedulers/supervisors Jesse & Aaron, were very polite, respectful, knowledgeable, timely and responsive. I am extremely satisfied with the work that was done, and would 10/10 recommend them for any project you may be considering.

My insurance company requested an inspection regarding the age of our roof and its remaining life expectancy. I called Stinson Services and spoke with Thor Josefson to set up the appointment and requested the need for a documented roof report. Thor was a true professional whom answered all my questions with expertise and swiftly coordinated an inspection time. He sent out Jim Anderson to do the inspection and I got the same quality of professionalism and expertise. Both Thor and Jim provided elite level customer service and I highly recommend their services to anyone. When it’s time to replace my roof I will be calling Stinson Services and asking to talk to Thor!

Stinson Services went above and beyond at my home and with my project. I appreciated their attention to detail and working closely with my insurance company on a floor replace due to a leak in my skylight during a storm. From start to finish, they were amazing!
