Panda Express

Came by for a quick lunch with my husband, son and niece. Food was hot and fresh ready to eat. Well amount given. Peter, the cashier was extra friendly and ensure everything went well. We sat down to enjoy our meal. Peter came to our table to check up on us and asked how everything was. We said everything was wonderful. He then asked if there was anything else he could do. I asked if he can changed our son's diaper. Guarantee he took our baby and changed his diaper.

10/10 customer service. Go Peter. He deserves a raise.

I thoroughly enjoy Panda Express so I am biased but will say some things about this store. This store seems to be extremely well run. The service is quick and I have yet to run into any issues. They keep the line moving so that even during peak hours there is hardly any wait. Overall, great place to stop for a quick meal as the serving sizes are also fair given the current market. The only thing I would say about it is that parking can be difficult sometimes. The Taco Bell adjacent can have a long line that runs into the shared parking lot which can make getting in or out quite difficult at times.

Stopped in to pick up dinner. I had to wait in line briefly, but it went fast. The staff was friendly, the food was hot and fresh. It was perfect for a quick dinner to go.

I've eaten at this location a handful of times, and I never had a bad experience. It helps a lot to order online ahead of time, so you don't have to stand and wait in the line. The line tends to get pretty long during lunch or dinner hours. The food tastes great, and the portions are filling. For $10, you can get one side and two entrees, which can easily satisfy a hungry adult or two kids. I'm not a huge fan of the fried rice, but I've tried most of Panda Express' entrees, and they're all pretty good. As for appetizers, the chicken eggroll wasn't great, in my opinion. Overall, I'd recommend this restaurant. The food is tasty and cheap.

Best service ever, came here was very distracted with so much in my mind and even though this place is busy with not many staff members a team member Lenny was so very patient and helpful when taking my order. Thank you so very much to all of the team at this particular location! Apple Valley by county road 42! Place was also clean and food is always amazing!

There was a woman who’s from Malaysia. Just for identification’s sake, she does have an Accent. She’s very petite, I’d guess the boomer generation. She gave me her American name and I’m so sorry I can’t remember it. But she was the SWEETEST! I’m already a frequent flyer at Panda Express, but if I wasn’t, I would come back just based on her service. I rarely take time to write reviews, but she deserves a raise! She was working the register around 4:30 pm yesterday, 8/16!

Amazing food, great quantity, best taste, and most importantly it's way cheaper than other restaurants.

Food & service was wonderful. Dining area was filthy.

Love their food. The way they handle the ordering process needs work. Everytime our order passes through three to four people by the time it hits the register. It makes it very chaotic and hard to keep track of who has your order. By the time we left this last time, we got home and realized we had none of our side orderes of rice. They got separated at some point in the passing down the line and we lost track of them. Fortunately, we hadn't paid for them. Unfortunately, we had no rice.

Yooooooooooooo!!!!! They are on point today. The most helpful friendly speedy crew. The one who got me took our order at the end was smiling polite and efficient as all get out. He was working at 1 for sure I forgot to say thank you. But whooftah this crew has it going today!!! Worth every penny spent!!

Good food, but the service line should be streamlined more so that call-in orders are handled by different people than those helping walk-in customers. This would make the line for walk-ins move faster and not let your food sit for several minutes.

Consistently good Chinese food served quick. They always have a ton of staff that are great at getting orders out quick. That being said the sweet fire chicken veggies were a bit underdone this time.

Incredible service. One of the employees named Dylan really went above and beyond. Very welcoming and went the extra mile for a customer. The food is just fast food Americanized Chinese but can't say enough good about the service 🙂

Staff are great and working hard especially through the pandemic. Filling online orders and walks ins together and it has to be challenge but luckily I have always seen them acting fast and keeping food looking fresh and full. Shame that some customers are impatient and treat staff poorly - I have only had good experiences and def enjoy giving them business.

I still go out of my way to stop by and have a 2 item plate with double Orange Chicken and half chowmein half fried rice. Always satisfied.

Would have posted a pic but I ate it too fast.. ha. Probably some of the best food and customer service in Apple Valley. Their veggie prep fridge always looks super stocked and fresh. Good food, great people, quick lines. Best place for a hungry tummy !
