Evolve Fitness is the place to be for a fun, energetic workout. I love to dance and always get a high intensity workout. The dance fitness classes play current music with creative choreography provided by amazing instructors. You see a range of shapes and ages and everyone has a good time. The best part of this fitness center is the warm, inviting vibe you get right when you walk in the door. The front staff is awesome and welcoming. I highly recommend Evolve Fitness for all your fitness needs!

When I walked into evolve fitness I found my home! Great classes, wonderful support, fabulous instructors and classmates who have become friends! I get an incredible workout, full body each class. The variety of classes provides a stimulating and fun experience each time. Try it out!!!!

I absolutely love this fitness program. There is a great variety of routines and each instructor has their own style. A Low impact option is offered at all classes so you can work out at your own level. From Zumba to Dance to Interval or Yoga, it is a fun way to get and stay fit.

I absolutely love everything about Evolve Fitness! They have something for everyone. All ages. All sizes. You feel so welcomed by everyone and I’ve made many lasting friendships here. I love to dance and work up a sweat. It’s a wonderful, fun work out! I also like barre and stretch classes. Check it out. You won’t be disappointed!

Evolve is the way I start my day at least 4 times a week. It is uplifting , supportive, challenging, and full of fabulous instructors and classmates. The workouts are so varied that there is something to always learn or experience no matter what level you are. Evolve was there for me after having surgery and helped me get back to exercise in a safe way

Large variety of enjoyable activities available from yoga to high impact aerobic dancing. Definitely raises endorphin levels to therapeutic range! Instructors explain proper movements and inject loads of enthusiasm into the workouts.
