1st appt yesterday (1/25/24).
Check in was pleasant. X-ray tech
extremely polite and thoughtful. Dentist was pretty standard. Nothing really stood out, (yet). Next appt is in February for a crown so will know more on him....Hygiene person seemed very nice, will know more in March.
Place was clean. Lots of good magazines in the waiting area.
Overall, a solid experience.

Dr. Thomas is the best dentist around! The staff are awesome Office management is awesome. Your appt time is your appt time - no matter when you book. So efficient. They should give other doctor's offices in the area training on scheduling.

Everyone is the office is very kind, professional, and I’m always in and out without waiting. Dr. Thomas is very nice and easy going.
I had a cleaning, got a couple of cavities from when I was a child redone and fitted for a mouth guard for teeth clenching and have no complaints.
Each time I’ve gone the office was clean, they followed covid regulations (at the time) and there was no charge thanks to my insurance and the office calling to make sure the mouth guard was covered.
I have recommended this Dentist to others at my office that are looking for a dentist that takes our insurance for the New Year.

I switched to Western Dental a few months ago after my previous dentist stopped taking my insurance. So far, I have been very favorably impressed with Dr. Thomas. He is a professional who performs his work with skill. He also takes the time to explain what he's going to do, why and what to expect. The office staff also has been courteous, responsive and helpful. In sum, I am glad I was able to switch to this dental practice. Their work and service are first rate.

I had an awful experience getting filling years ago and never went back to get the finished. I decide to give Western Dental a try and they have been nothing short of amazing! I felt so at ease and comfortable getting my fillings and it was so quick! Never thought I’d see the day where I wasn’t super anxious leaving the dentist. We had a very good experience in Western Dental. The procedure and cost were informed clearly in advance and the dental filling and cleaning for my daughter was done without any issues.

I was slightly anxious before my cavity-filling appointment today, but Dr.Thomas and his assistant filled the cavity in less than 10 minutes. It was a smooth and pain-free experience.

Excellent! Friendly efficient staff. The doctor & staff were wonderful every step of the way. I'm having a crown done and it was painless. What a change from my previous experience! They were great with my insurance too. Almost nothing out of pocket so far and they are so up to date on new technology. THE BEST!!!
