I'm new to Albany and have been looking for a good thrift.
Good will is fantastic.
Great clothes Great prices
Great lamps
Valerie and other staff was amazing friendly and helpful in finding items.
I will make this a regular stop.

I love this store. I always find great clothes and random treasures. Lots of high end name brands too. I went yesterday and although nothing I bought was the color of the day, I spent $27 and got three tops, an adorable and comfy sweater and a dvd. The store is very tidy and the staff is great. I was waiting to check out yesterday, and a customer was crabbing at the employee about something ridiculous. I think it was how they categorize coats and the pricing or something. The employee was very courteous and I felt she handled the situation very well. Make sure you say hi to Valerie, the GM. She is friendly and fun!

It was my first time in a Goodwill, and it was what I’d hoped it would be.
I didn’t have enough time to browse as much as I wanted to, but I noticed the staff is super kind and the store is clean and neat. The amount of black clothing made me happy as soon as I walked in the door. 😌

The store was well organized and clean. There was a lot of different things to choose from. The staff was very friendly and helpful especially Valerie K .I will shop there again in the near future.

I've been into a few goodwill but this place was neat and clean and didn't feel too full so I really liked it

3 stars because the store is very clean and mostly well taken care of. However, 1 star for the recent changes to the staff. 2 months ago, they were pleasant and easy to deal with. I consistently came every few weeks. Now, they are just rude. Absolutely agree with the other review about them being disgruntled. I come here a lot, and in the last few weeks, since the change, they have been just very rude. Recently I was there right before closing for the first time. The woman literally yelled out from the registers, "the store is closing in 2 minutes, and the registers are closing in 2 minutes, so you better get your purchases up here"! This is the attitude.

UPDATE: in the last several weeks, the overall attitude of the employees seems to have changed. For a while it was really bad, but perhaps just being a little more aware, it has been much better. I'm not one to write reviews when people have a bad day. This was the overall way in which this store was run. I'm very happy to witness much improvement.

Love this store, merchandise is higher quality than most, rapid turnover of stock, friendly staff, except for elderly stock woman who yells at closing time. Last time I saw her she was calling out for customers to go to register, literally said "we want to go home", while I understand that, it's inappropriate and unprofessional. When there is a line at the register I don't feel the need to rush there when I still have 15 minutes till actual close.

Well organized and friendly staff. Never been to a Goodwill before, so we were just checking it out. It's interesting to browse the old media (vinyl, CDs, VHS, etc). I like how most everything is grouped by color.

Not a huge selection, but clean & nice!

Clean, well lit store with pleasant employees. The merchandise is constantly changing. Easy parking and two driving entrances are a plus. You never know what you will find.

Smaller than the previous site. Getting better stuff than when they first opened. Very clean

Food and service excellent.180. for 4 for dinner including tip. We did not have appitizers beer selection good mixed drinks nice unique desserts

I didn't find what I was looking for, but from what I could see, the store and clothes were clean and had a good selection and the staff seemed to have nice interactions with the other customers.

Great drop off area for donations very easy the store inside is very clean and organized great place to shop

Make sure everything you buy has a tag cause they wont sell it to you and you'll never see it again....to answer the reply...it was a whisk I found in the utensils box....really dont think someone walked in with a whisk.....but love the store anyways
