Shake Shack Parsippany atop The Hill

Had a really good chicken sandwich and cheese fries. Very impressed for a franchise burger place to have such a good crispy chicken sandwich. It was super juicy and crispy. Had a nice Herb Mayo and lettuce pickles and tomatoes on it. Fries were super crispy with cheese sauce. I’d like to try a burger next time. Lots of seating indoor and outdoor. Fast service. Clean.

The best burger hands down. Not greasy great tasting & flavorful. The fries were nice and crispy. Good friendly customer service. Clean spacious environment outdoor eating was an option. I actually like that they had the self service registers as an option. It allows you to take your time & place your order with ease.

Super clean, super fast and very fresh tasting meal. Great staff and atmosphere good (not loud or tons of kids hanging out)... Highly recommend and will come back and try outdoor seating when weather is warmer!! Great job guys!! Thx!

Great service and great food! There was a system error that occured while I was there and their assistant manager did a great job handling everything in that situation. He was able to get everyones orders corrected and out as fast as he can! I would highly recommend this place anytime! Great staff as well!

Ordered on the app and it was ready when I arrived. Food was hot and delicious. Store was super clean and bright. It's new so I'd expect nothing less, but still, good to see. Definitely will be back.

Bhaumi was amazing! Her energy and engagement was off the charts. I wish I had more Bhaumi’s on my team!

Was really happy to see that GF bun was served on a separate tray, this place takes GF very seriously!!!

Food was fantastic and the service was above and beyond the food, Vanessa and staff were so friendly and ready to help me and my family have the best experience possible that this shack shack had to offer. We will be back for sure and highly recommend!!!

Shake Shack Parsippany is a terrific Shake Shack, feels very new, modern with glass all around. Some bike racks outside, ample parking, and if I remember correctly I think there was a TV or two.

Food was absolutely on point, loved the charged drinks selection and the fries, THE FRIES.

Also report that the vegan/ Veg burger was AMAZING!!

So much good here, you must try, splurge, whatever it takes to try Shake Shack Parsippany.

Nice location, clean and such a friendly staff. Food was delicious! My favorite thing has to be the salted caramel shake 🙌🏻

Cool experience, I heard they had some good burgers. Not too many choices so that was easy for me. The place was visibly clean, the bathroom was clean, the service was great... friendly people and most of all my shack burger was delicious

Our first time here and it was great. My son has food allergies and they were very accommodating and even double checked their ingredients to make sure my son could safely eat. We had a large party with us and ordered at the register. Food came out correctly and quickly. Food was great for fast food. Can't wait to go back

Wanted try the shroom burger that they got there and it was delicious for what it was.

The food is good but it was confusing the flow in the restaurant. I couldn't order a beverage and didn't understand how to fix it. Bit disappointing regarding the staff. But still an amazing place to go to grab a burger in the area.

Clean and delicious shake shack. A personal favorite for lunch. Friendly staff and taste/presentation are always on point.
