Updated Review: Great customer service at the pharmacy, especially Amelia, who was courteous and prompt. No complaints there.

The checkout could be better. Stop charging for cheap paper bags, come on CVS?!? Also, there's almost always no one at the counter.

This is by far the best managed cvs pharmacy in the area. Joe the pharmacist does an excellent job managing his team. They always go above and beyond. Refills are always done promptly and accurately. Excellent customer service offers solutions and alternatives if drugs are not available or in stock. They are a chain pharmacy with small hometown pharmacy service Best by far!

Some really kind hearted people work here. it's the little gestures that can go a long way. The PM manager helped me find an open gas station during a nor'easter when many businesses and other stations I drove past were closed. The young lady helped me find a corner to charge my phone so I could call my husband and tell him I was ok. thanks so much

The staff are wonderful, kind, patient and very professional. I love Joe, pharmacist! He can multitask and always remains calm and friendly despite of customers bombarding him. Great guy overall!

During the snow storm on November 15th, 2018, the police department closed Rt. 46 West at Cherry Hill Rd. I was stuck in that traffic and had been driving for more than 3 hours from Chilton Medical Center in Pompton Plains, where I work as an RN. I was on my way home to Denville. At that corner, I pulled into the CVS for refuge. The staff
(Manager, pharmacists and cashier) were so kind to those who stopped there and were stuck for hours waiting for Rt. 46 W to be re-opened. It was warm and we were able to use the rest rooms. There were more than 25 of us, stranded and weary. We all purchased snacks, drinks and snow brushes and kept warm and dry for more than 2 hours. I can't say enough about how much I appreciate the employees who opened their doors and hearts to all of us. Commercials are a great way to showcase customer service, but this was the real deal. Customer service, community connection and genuine caring in action. Thank you so much to the men and women employed at CVS on Cherry Hill Rd in Parsippany New Jersey.

Always great customer service in the pharmacy. Even when they are unable to order my prescription at their location, they will call around to local stores to try and find where it's available. They go above and beyond.

Firstly I Am very thankful to “ SURABHI” and sorry if I spell her name wrong :) .

So today I call to cvs pharmacy to check for refill the prescription and any discount on that , bcoz it is high price and later visit to pharmacy. She helped me a lot to get the best quote of that prescription and she talks so nicely . I am so happy and once again really would appreciate her and efforts she put to get prescription.

Excellent customer service especially on the floor and in the pharmacy Department

I have been there today to get my prescription, the pharmacy manger and the team were so helpful and respectful.

I got my booster and flu shot at this location. They were efficient, friendly, professional. I was out in under 30 minutes.

This location has become my primary pharmacy. Pharmacy staff is very helpful and friendly. Drive-up pharmacy window is very convenient.

Easy to locate when you use google map and follow directions. Wide array of medictions for all ages
