St. Mary's Hospital: Cafeteria

There is a reason the Mayo Clinic is ranked #1 in the nation. Combine world class care with Minnesota hospitality and you get the only organization that I've given 5 stars to.

Mind you, no organization is perfect and this one isn't as well. But, If you ever need them they will be there for you.

Fresh, clean and bright staff who were helpful in making choices for a quiet enjoyable quick bite to eat and run.

Had the salad bar . Think it was $6 a pound. Could eat in dining area or outside. Very small cafeteria.

Foods are healthy and price is reasonable. Staff is super nice.

Dr V operated on my heart and lungs. Barely remember seeing him in recovery but thanked him doesn't seem like enough for a world class dr . I am doing really good have never had any pain. The care you get at Mayo can't be beat so thankful I made it therr

Best hospital care and food I have ever had. My only suggestions would be to try to run a little closer to schedule, and to replace the beds in the lung unit with recliners. Would be much easier to maintain a 30 degree angle in a recliner without sliding down into an awkward position.
Nurses were truly wonderful in both care and attitude. Food was restaurant quality and many healthy options. Actually, virtually everyone I've dealt with in the Mayo system has an amazing attitude.

I had turkey breast meal 1 & 2, then Swedish meatballs. Salad bar each time. All was good. Nutrition labels on everything. Prices are $$ to $$$, but I expect that level. Pretty consistent level among hospitals. Lovely staff, very helpful and polite. Same meal choices for lunch and dinner.

Always good food to choose from especially if you don't want to leave and risk losing your parking spot

Food is cafeteria was very limited and I ate lunch the other day, then went back for supper but it was all the same, no new entree or choices.

Lower prices than I expected for the fresh foods. I recommend the Cajun Salmon wrap.

But, hey! Nuns in charge: No fish or Mac & cheese on Good Friday? What was up with that?

Good selection of items I try a salad and a bowl of chilli, salad ingredients fresh chilli was good too, staff was nice

Staff are friendly, professional, and compassionate. Level of care is excellent. Communication with patient and family is excellent.
