While I am always open to discussing my business with visitors, I found the discussion taking an uncomfortable turn as it delved into my personal background. I must emphasize that I have always believed in maintaining a respectful and professional environment within my shop. Personal questions, particularly those related to one's religious background, should not be part of a business discussion. I found this line of inquiry intrusive and potentially offensive.
Furthermore, I learned that Mr. Omari may have used information about my background during the course of the discussion in a way that could be detrimental to my business. This has left me deeply concerned and uncomfortable about the situation.
I am sure that this does not reflect the values and expectations of Mr. Omari, and I trust that you will take the necessary steps to address this matter appropriately. I kindly request that you investigate this incident and ensure that such situations do not recur.
