Kevin is a very kind,courteous, knowledgeable and helpful salesperson. He explained to me in detail about my new phone and watch. He assisted me by transferring my apps and photos onto the new phone. He also showed me how to use my phone as well as the watch. He's a very patient person as well.

My experience was great and I was thoroughly satisfied with my services. My Representative Calvin, was very nice and informative.

I had the most remarkable wonderful experience with Kevin. He is a special young man. Courteous helpful. I really do not have words to thank him. He should be president. Thank you for having him at this Verizon store. Thank you gale curtis.

Customer service was amazing, we had Addis Brown help us and he exceeded our expectations. We were there to update our phones, he not only explained the best options for us but also helped move all my data to my new phone! highly reccomend!

It’s honestly an amazing feeling to be blown away with excellent customer service/experience, and this Verizon location provides it every time.

Addis and his team always goes above and beyond for their customers. We have the confidence that any concerns we have going into the store will be resolved quickly, and they always find a way to add value.

To make this clear, this is the ONLY Verizon location I will go for my cell phone needs, even though I live a half hour from there.

Its a shame I can't give this review more than 5 stars. Addis, the store rep helped me with more than a few problems. I was having issues with my phone and he had it fixed in the blink of an eye. But beyond that, he noticed I was having a rough day and gave me some encouragement, along with words of wisdom that I will carry with me for the rest of my life. That is not hyperbole. I even went as far as to get his contact info incase I can ever do anything for him in the future. If every employee in the world operated like he does, we would see true progress in society. Thank you brother

My aunt's phone was frozen. I brought it to the store and Addis Brown diagnosed it and fix the problem within 3 minutes. Excellent place good service good vibe. I highly recommend this location. Whether you need to buy a phone change your service or if you have any issues with your phone.

Addis did an awesome job helping me to trade in my iPhone 8 Plus for the 13pro max… I feel apart of society now! Lol… he also explained the process and new features which was a huge help to someone like me who isn’t tech savvy. I highly recommend this store!!

I had a great experience at the Verizon mobile Store Victra in Union New Jersey, I am glad to meet the store operator name Felix , he is an excellent customer service provider, he should be rewarded for all his service. I highly recommend to go to this store, to do business there, he'll give you a VIP service. He won't stop until you leave happy from the store. I recommended family and friends to go there, a plus is that he speaks English and Spanish.

Even though Mr. Ian was working by himself at this store, he did an excellent job. If you have patience to wait for your turn, you will not be disappointed.
