Very upscale bar and restaurant with beautiful decor. Happy hour goes from 5 - 9 PM. You can order food at the bar. Pomegranate martinis were excellent! Great service.

Amazing food, huge servings, great service and beautiful setting. Grilled artichoke app was fantastic, seafood pasta was incredible with a half lobster put on top. Will definitely go here again!

Absolutely loved the experience. Came here to celebrate my mother-in-law 69th birthday. Great service! The staff is very attentive. Every dish we ordered was prepared to perfection. We’ll be back.

Pleased with our experience! Did a Thanksgiving meal here with the family. Service was great. Took two rambunctious kids, who actually did wonderfully and were well accepted by the business. Lots of options, great holiday menu.

Very elegant, clean and the food was delicious. They ran out of all the desert i would have picked thats why there is no desert picture. Overall, i celebrated Mother's day pretty well there!

Barka is a gem in northern NJ. We went for the first time today and will certainly be back. The atmosphere is comfortable and modern. The food was incredible! The octopus appetizer could be a meal on its own. It was tender and flavorful. The portions were generous too. The grilled lobster is a must try. The lamb shank was rich and comforting. Don't forget the baklava for dessert!

Such an amazing restaurant the grilled squid and muscles and white wine sauce was out of this world! The service was helpful and friendly! Definitely going back soon!

It was a bit pricey but the quality and the taste was excellent and well worth it. Just went a second time. The crab cake burger and lobster ravioli were both excellent. The vodka sauce was top notch and perfectly creamy. Normally I dont like martinis but after driving all day the bat tender recommended an espresso martini and it was the best alcohol/coffee beverage I've ever had.

The food is always so fresh and delicious. The staff is always so accommodating and friendly. The atmosphere is Mediterranean-chic yet cozy. They have a great selection for all tastes on their menu. They also have a prefix lunch menu, which includes an appetizer and entree. Highly recommend.

Hosted a baby shower here and it was amazing! Friendly and helpful staff, whatever we needed they were on top of it. Decor was modern and elegant. Highly recommend for any sort of event or dinner. Food and drinks were amazing!!!

Went here for my 30th class reunion and the place was packed.The lighting of the atmosphere of the place was perfect,it felt like when you're at a wedding.The food was delicious.I will be making this a must go to for a dinner night or gathering.I can still taste the food,I'm hungry for it and it's 2pm.

Fantastic. Second time here. Oysters were sublime. Softshell crab portion huge. Wife had the scallops, they were perfectly. The asparagus risoto was out of this world! I also had an old fashion cocktail, was made to my liking. The only con is it can be busy. Get a reservation. Also prices are to be expectes for Mt.Lakes. 30 dollars a plate. 14 dollar appetizers.

Excellent, fine dining. The bread was warm, the calamari was crispy, the steak well seasoned and the red snapper grilled to perfection. The tiramisu and cappuccino topped it off and the service was attentive, prompt and thoughtful.

Dante did a fantastic job guiding us through the menu. Octopus appetizer was tender and seasoned perfectly. Every fish we ordered was fresh and delicious. Tuna, cooked just right, Chilean Sea Bass was buttery and rich, Bronzino , Dante's suggestion, was probably best of all. The lamb chops were amazing!
Already planning on 2 more dinners there in the next month. It was THAT good!

Awesome restaurant, first time here and it was a great experience! The wife and I felt like we were back in Greece! The food was well presented and was delicious! The restaurant is clean, cozy and comfortable. The service was top notch as well!
