I had an incredible experience working with Leonardo Jewelers in Metuchen. I had gone in to get a watch purchased elsewhere serviced and had the pleasure of meeting Rosy and Vivian. I noticed they had 3 Rolex watches available for purchase. I tried on a 36mm Oyster Perpetual Datejust with the fluted bezel and a blue dial in mint condition and told them that I wanted a day to think about the purchase. Vivian held the watch for me after I called later that day and I purchased it the following morning. This is a family run business and they have another location in Red Bank. The experience was incredible without any pressure. The price was also very reasonable for this piece. I highly recommend this business and will spread word of mouth to friends and family. I look forward to working with them again in the near future!

Leonardo Jewelers is a remarkable store with a welcoming, family-like atmosphere. Judy, in particular, has been incredibly helpful to me. She assisted me in acquiring my first significant timepiece, the Speedmaster Omega. Additionally, Judy and her team helped my wife and me create a personalized, upgraded wedding band.

Recognizing my desire for a Rolex, Judy played a pivotal role in securing a Rolex Submariner with a distinctive green bezel, often referred to as the “Starbucks” model. I am sincerely appreciative of Judy and her dedicated team. I plan to return for future purchases, and I highly recommend that you do the same – you won’t be disappointed!

I visited Leonardo Jewelers for the first time earlier this year, and I had a fantastic experience. The store had a wide selection of beautiful jewelry, from elegant necklaces to stunning engagement rings. The watch brand selection is best-in-class holding everything a consumer would want from Rolex, Omegas and Tudors (and much more!)

What impressed me the most was the team's commitment to customer service. Everyone was patient, attentive, and genuinely interested in helping me find the perfect piece.

Overall, I had a fantastic experience with John and his family. I not only found a beautiful timepiece for my anniversary but also felt confident in my purchase due to their expertise, transparency, and outstanding customer service.

I have been a Leonardo customer for quite sometime now. Since the early 2000s when they were still located in Elizabeth NJ. I have always been a huge believer that great Customer Service makes any business succeed, Leonardo Jewelers is the living proof of exceptional CS. For many years I have referred lots of friends, and family to the many locations they have now. Not only their prices are the best, but also the excellent quality of their products, the knowledge of their super friendly staff, and mainly their follow up on any special orders and requests on a timely manner. Small business like this one that are transparent, and honest with their customers are very hard to find nowadays. I would like to wish Leonardo and their staff members a very healthy and prosperous New Year 2021, and a big THANK YOU from my Fiancé and I.

I cannot say more about Judi and the unbelievable staff at Leonardo Jewelers. I inquired about getting a specific piece months ago for an upcoming milestone. When I walked in Judi gave me all the attention in the world. Even though Rolex timepieces are incredibly hard to get, she took the time out of her day to talk to me and informed me to email her monthly. She took down my information and I proceeded to email her once a month. She always responded to my emails and was very pleasant. Last week when I was on vacation, she called me up and gave me the incredible news that my grail has arrived. Me and my wife went today to pick it up and let’s just say it was a day I will never forget. Leonardo has a client for life now. I will recommend to all my friends and family and they have the customer service and expertise that blows other jewelry stores out of the water. 5 stars isn’t enough to rate my new favorite jeweler. :)
