This experience exceeded my expectations! Johnny was amazing and made us feel comfortable throughout the entire experience. I didn't feel like I was being swayed in one direction and he was keeping the best interests of both me and my partner first. He also kept us well informed on the whole process and what would work best for us while still making sure that I got the ring of my dreams. The owner was also great and talked to us for a while which made us feel happy and a great sense of community with the owners and clients of this store. Will 100% go back for any other jewelry purchases and will recommend to anyone wanting a great experience with ring shopping with their partner!

As usual the service at Venus was great from start to finish. Igor and the rest of team at Venus operate with the highest level of knowledge in jewelry and customer service. I came in looking to compare prices for a gift for my partner and I wound up purchasing the most beautiful surprise! Igor did a great job of steering me in the right direction and helped me get exactly what I wanted. I trusted him with his opinion and he delivered! I’m so glad I got a second opinion because I easily would have spent more money at another big name retail jeweler. I had an exact budget and I was able to stick to it with the guidance of Igor. Jason and the Staff at Venus were amazing. I had brought many pieces in and Jason went through all 9 watches as well as a bunch of rings and helped me understand each piece while also giving history on many of the older pieces. Very easy to work with and then they cleaned my new Rolex and made it look brand new. Highly recommend.

Initial reason for entering Venus Jewelers was because my bracket needed repairing. Onyx fell out of bracket. During that visit opened other communication channels that sparked my interest, as to repairs to earrings back post along with cleaning cloth,

Many years ago my engagement ring was stolen. I had a new ring made, but never loved it. I recently stopped in to Venus Jewelers and worked with Johnny to pick out the most amazing new ring. He is very knowledgeable and patient. We picked the perfect diamond and setting and I love it! Wonderful customer service from a lovely family owned business. I went to repair and refinish my engagement ring and wedding band. Even though I hadn't bought it from there, they made my rings look like new and much faster than was originally discussed.

Everyone at the Venus Jewelers was exceptional in providing the customers with all the information possible for them to be happy with their purchase! My recent experience was way above my expectations and I didn’t feel any pressure about buying anything and they just wanted us to be happy! I have been to some other jewelers where they get super pushy about having to get this or that now and that there won’t be anything else if we leave the store. Venus is top notch. Great service - very personalized and friendly. Experienced and professional and have been in the community for decades. Nice layout and selection.
