AT&T Store Metuchen

My overall experience from beginning to end was exceptional. Mina Morgan assisted me and ensured that I understood the products being offered, the benefits of each, and took his time in helping me transition from my previous network provider. He exuded patience and was not only helpful but extremely knowledgeable.

This is easily the best AT&T store I have experienced in NY/NJ area. The owner/manager/ operator is super helpful, friendly and honest dude. I love him. The staff is useful and helpful.

I always get useful advice on upgrades and multiple lines are managed with ease and peace of mind. The work is done professionally on premise.

I highly recommend the AT&T branch in Metuchen after having a great experience this evening. Not only did I have an exceptional experience, but I highly recommend the Manager, Mina Morgan. Mina's knowledge and expertise in the products & services that AT&T offers was impressive. He patently answered all of my questions and provided me with detailed explanations about different phone models, plans and features. His depth of knowledge was evident. Mina went above and beyond to ensure that I left the store satisfied with my purchase. He displayed excellent interpersonal skills. Overall, my experience with Mina at the AT&T store in Metuchen was outstanding. His knowledge, professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction were truly commendable. We went in for help for a disabled relative and the AT&T rep Desmond was outstanding. He was kind and patient and resolved our issues with the existing phone. He also found a better plan which met our needs. Thanks Desmond!

Always get an amazing experience in this AT&T branch. Mina, our go-to customer representative handles our issues very patiently and gives us solutions that are very customer friendly.
I had a major phone issue yesterday - (the whole week none of AT&T's branches helped me resolve this issue ) but he did in less than an hour.

Mina, at the Metuchen AT&T location was an awesome tonight! We came in for help with a new phone and left with exactly what we wanted and an even better phone plan! He was polite, professional and patient with our needs and questions. We are truly grateful for his services and would recommend him to anyone in need of wireless services.

Greatest Experience with Rosa, she was very patient with my family. Gave us an amazing deal for the whole family. Definitely recommend her to anyone! If you want someone with amazing customer service abilities go see her. She needs a raise!!

The go to person is ROSA in this place. she was excellent in listening and taking care of my whole family. She was even able to assist us transferring the data from all of our old phone. AT&T really needs to encourage talent like her. Thank you Rosa.

Excellent manager at this location! Went there with a problem that no one at another store could fix, nor could the phone support staff figure it out. The manager knew exactly what to do and fixed the problem in minutes. I had been dealing with it for days and he solved it quickly. Man, what a difference it makes when dealing with a true pro.

Worked with Mina and had a pleasant experience; had Verizon prior and couldn’t get proper service and had a very high bill . My wife is going to join AT&T today ! Very happy so far . BTW tried T Mobile it was a nightmare!

No doubt that this is the best AT&T store in the area. Visiting the store has been the best experience I have ever had with any of the AT&T or TMobile stores in new jersey. Staff is great, very helpful and very professional yet very friendly 👏 👍Mina always goes an extra mile to help the customers. Everyone has been very supportive and helpful.

Mina helped me with my voicemail issue, today, at the AT&T Metuchen location. He took every possible opportunity to go above and beyond. I would definitely visit this AT&T store again because of the service that Mina provided. Thank you!

How my day started I received 2 phones in the mail from AT&T via their customer service line. Well they were the wrong phones.

Didn’t want to wait for the correct ones again in the mail. Called around multiple AT&T stores either they didn’t have what needed and/or they didn’t want to process my exchange/return . Finally I reached the Metuchen AT&T store explained to the gentleman who answered the phone my situation. Next he made a statement to me to which I did not agree with but he said that we could take care of when I reached the store, I was oh okay. We hung up. About 10 minutes he calls back to let me know that what he said did not pertain to me and that he would be more than happy to help me out.

30 minutes later I was at the store 30 minutes later I was finished with what needed to do and was beyond pleased and impressed with how he went beyond and more to make sure that I was happy.

The store manager MIna does a very good job at what he does and has resolved all of my problems when I was upgrading 3 phones. Mina even spoke to customer service for me because my issues was not being resolved when speaking to customer service myself so Mina helped me out even more when he spoke to customer service. I recommend going here and asking for Mina, he got you. Thank you !

I had a wonderful experience at this shop. I switched carriers in order to get the phone I wanted and they made the switch seem seamless. They got me out of my old contract and paid the monies owed for the switch. In addition they ordered me the phone I wanted which was not in stock anywhere (The Galaxy S8 Active). While I was at my other carrier I had to enter their facility and be put on a waiting list just to be scene. Once I was seen the attendant was not trained well and often did not know they were doing. At this location Ditri and the owners took personal care of my situation and made me feel like made some friends. I enjoyed doing business with them and hope you will give them a try. Regards.

Came here after going to the AT&T in South Plainfield, ( because the sales rep was coughing and extremely sick.. don’t go there!!) she saved me from identify theft and got me upgraded with my new phone.
