Came here multiple times for a couples massage and really enjoyed the place! Planning on making it a monthly or even a weekly experience. Place is nice and welcoming, and massages are amazing! Some comments mentioned that they felt rushed, and depending on the day and how busy they are it may feel that way. My boyfriend and I never took it the wrong way, I used to work in the service industry when I was younger and know the struggle and the need to hit a certain number of clients/patients per day. It’s understandable, especially because prices are great ($45 for an hr massage). Regarding tipping, I never had an issue, but I am also a good tipper. You might have an issue if you don’t like tipping. Personally, because the prices are so great I don’t mind tipping extra, majority of us spend the same amount on DoorDash and Uber eats a week, if not a day. It’s a common thing among places with similar culture to try being a little more candid regarding their tipping expectations - if prices are cheap you may want to tip well to workers. If you aren’t enjoying it, no need to come again and complain. Thank you for the great service!

Hands down by far the best massage spot in Queens. There are separate rooms and also couples massage rooms. The place is clean and the staff are friendly. Parking around is fairly easy to find, ask for Angela the masseuse she is very good. The prices are fair and not expensive at all they also do facials here!

It was my first time going to that place. Lisa was doing massage for me. She did amazing job,very soft and lovely. Usually i feel tired and sore after a massage. After Lisa i felt like a newborn girl. Very recommended. And that's the place and person i will go for!🙏❤

Great value, always has availability for foot massage. Eva has given me the best massage I ever had on my legs. I usually need to instruct on how my legs are sensitive with her I never had to do that. I also am amazed at how she massages.

My spouse and I went here on my birthday and it was so good. Both Therapists was so friendly. The massage was amazing and very relaxing.

Rego Spa staff have always been professional, punctual, helpful and clean. It is a no frills spot with very reasonable pricing ($50 for 60min!) Despite my initial wariness of having a male massage therapist, I haven’t experienced any issues here. Lee has given me deep tissue in the past and Jack got a bunch of knots out of my shoulders today.

Went here to get a deep tissue massage. I got Cindy. She was nice & attentive and kept asking if I was ok. My back was really tight but she cracked my back real good. I was sore after but that's because the muscles are not used to it. I was definitely loosened up after and felt like I could perform better at work and other daily activities. Will definitely be back. Thank you Cindy.

Fairly priced and very clean. Staff is very nice and do a great job. Prices are fair as well and metered parking could be found all around. Just a heads up but make sure to convey you want the strength of the massage, seriously, a strong massage will leave you worn out.
Edit: went back a second time for a neck/shoulder and had another great experience. Definitely recommend.

Great masseuse. Got Lisa, she did some bone setting for me and cracked my lower back which was so tight. It was exactly what I needed. Would definitely come back. Price was good too, $45 for 1 hour.

Love this place. I tried it after I was recommended by a friend, and I can't imagine going anywhere else. Comfortable environment, and the massage was one of the best I've had. Definitely will be returning even if it's far from home

I have been coming here for roughly 3 years. Great service,very efficient and gets the job done. I topically get a 1 hour massage or a facial both, are great and prices are hard to beat!

Update: I'm not going to take away any stars because this still is a great place to go to for massages. However, I went for an hour body massage today, 03/31 and 15 minutes in, I hear a kid. I then realized it was a child of someone who works there. The kid was running up and down the hallway, playing in a massage room next door to me, banging against the wall, kept dropping his/her toy on the floor,and at one point started crying. That is extremely unprofessional!! That is not what someone wants to hear when they are relaxing (or trying to). I understand that parents are still at work when kids get out of school but arrangements needs to be made prior. I do not expect this to happen next time I go there. 🤦🏻‍♀

This is a great place to go. I went for the first time on my Birthday in October and I was very pleased with my experience. I had Sam and he did wonderful. He is professional and good at what he does.

I’ve been coming here since the first week it opened. They’ve made great improvements but they’ve always had an incredible staff of professional massage therapists and you can’t beat their prices. Ada has magical hands. Tyler is also very skilled. I prefer a strong massage. Tip appropriately!
