Brought in my laptop after the screen broke and Jay did a great job replacing it. Great service and replaced my iPhone screen in 30min. Even helped clean up an older, crappier repair job. Would definitely recommend over bigger name device repair stores.

First called Jay on the phone to inquire about an issue with my iPhone. He was very honest and informative explaining the steps he would take to first find the issue.

Called Jay on a gaming computer my son and I built with a BIOS question. If you are reading this and have the same thought of what is BIOS, you better call Jay. He was able to fix the issue and he didn't charge me an arm and a leg. He was very honest and very receptive. When we got home I had one ot two more questions and he answered me via text message right away. I would HIGHLY recommend him if you have any computer issues as I will.

Jay was super fast to diagnose the issue with my son’s gaming PC. What I thought could be a fan issue turned out to be an air bubble in the water cooling system caused by a leaky seal that had resulted in a clogged line. He presented clear options for replacing parts etc. Ultimately I chose not to repair the 5 year old machine that was in an awkwardly designed tower and bought a new rig instead. Once again, Jay presented options, and was able to reuse the graphics card from the old machine to keep costs down. He then turned around the fully built tower in less than 24 hours. And he was super communicative throughout the whole process. Amazing service!!! Highly recommend!!!

First thing. I’m from out of state. I call him up about my Work I Pad I had fell and Brock the screen . I us this for work so I have to have it when I’m on the job and I work nights so it had to be fixed as soon a we can .we meet and he give me a fare price. He had me back up and going in about 3 hrs . He did great work . I hope I never need him again but if I do he will have all my work. I recommend. Him 5 Stars . Thanks again for helping me out in a jam.

He told me to come in right away fixed the iPad hooked me up with an amazing case where I know for sure the iPad will not break! I had a very positive experience here. I had the display on my laptop replaced. The work was done quickly and for a reasonable price. I was able to bring my device in late at night for repair, which worked better with my schedule. Jay also took some extra care to verify that the screen needed to be replaced before ordering the part, which I appreciated, and overall I found him pleasant to work with. Overall, this was a very positive experience!

Had my iPhone X fixed in less than 20 minutes. The screen which I had shattered now looks almost as if I bought a new phone. The guy knows his stuff, definitely would recommend.

We are very satisfied with the service provided. We had an issue installing an SSD on a older laptop. Jay was very responsive to our phone call and we stopped by the shop to have him fix the computer. He went above and beyond to search for a missing screw that was needed for the install. The job was completed quickly and without issue. Very satisfied with the service, and we highly recommend his business!

My daughter really banged up her iPad port and although it was going to be to pricey to fix it (cheaper to buy a new one) Jay was so very helpful! He was there to lend support on what he recommends. He gave great advice on certain plugs so that my daughter doesn't do the same thing again. I highly recommend him and will go to him if I have any other electronic needs.
