Michael had been my insurance agent since 2011 (since I got my license). He is always very responsive, willing to adjust my insurance policy with no hesitation, and has just always been a pleasant person to deal with. I have not had one issue over the last 12 years. Unfortunately, I moved states so I had to change my policy. Definitely would recommend him. If we move back to Ohio, I absolutely will start another policy with him.

My husband and I have recently moved to OH, and Michael’s team, specifically Sarah has helped make this whole process painless. She is always quick to respond, and helps assist with any questions I may have. Thank you for all of the help!

Mike is always very responsive to any and all inquiries I have, communicates well and very promptly, and is always there when we have questions on our coverage. Thankfully, we haven't needed any claims service, but I know that if we ever do, he'll be there to walk my wife and I through the process. Highly recommend him and American Family for home/auto coverage!
