Rite Aid

Sourced a limited stock beauty item at this store (and on sale!) so I pre-ordered it and was given a pick-up time of almost 3 hours later. No problem. Instead I received a notification in less than an hour that my item is READY FOR PICK-UP. At first I thought it may be a glitch but I had a flight to catch later, so I rushed over there and a most polite representative seamlessly executed my TOTALLY READY pick-up! This is NOT a paid review but rather I like to publicly rate good service, this experience was EXCELLENT! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Kristen M. Who works At the pharmacy was awesome. She was very friendly and helpful not only with me but to every customer that comes to her. Besides that she helped me transfer my prescription from CVS so I could get the best price available in the market with no insurance. Very patient and caring

Even though the wait time can be lengthy sometimes but that’s because the pharmacy is very busy. I have waited for my prescription there one time for approximately 15 mins with no complaints however I have realized that most customers who come to pick also don’t consider the staff. I think y’all need to give the staff a break they are doing an awesome job! Some customers use dirty languages when they don’t get what they want and that’s so unfair. I’m pretty if some of you address them politely there will be no problem. Just saw a little bit of consideration guys

The pharmacist, Jay Patel, who gave me my flu and COVID 19 booster must be a wizard or super hero who can bend perceptions of reality. Because the shots didn’t hurt at all and were so fast that I didn’t realize he was already done giving them. Thanks for that!

Also this location has next-day appointments available for these shots, when all of my other local locations has a delay of a few days to a week or more

Amazing staff there always there to help even when there bizzy they help and the pharmacy goes the extra mile to help me with my subscripts thank you, the floorers are alway clean long lines at check out keeps moving forward your not there fo too long. I love it its amazing and it makes me proud to shop there.

This rite aid store is located across the street from Univerisity Hospital in Newark. Located on the corner of 12th ave and Bergen Street. Prices vary between CVS and Walgreen prices. Please remember to sign up for the plenti points to save additional money.
The pharmacy has a drive thru window, so you dont have to leave your car. Store is clean and the employees are doing a great job of keeping it well organize. Lots of parking spots. This Rite Aid also located next to ihop and down from KFC. Plus is located next too 2 bus stops..34 and the 99 bus stops. Inside they have money orders for the price of 89 cent and TD Bank ATM inside. New to the store is a Key Machine. I wish they had the lottery machine but they dont.

Drive-thru COVID-19 testing is really easy. Took a screening survey and made an appointment on the same day. Tests results came back in 6 days negative ☺

Love shopping at Rite Aid, when they were open. Use to fill my prescriptions there. Was able to buy household things as well.

At first Hated my experience but as of 10/20/20 it has improved greatly, pharmacy department responds quickly and clearly. Which is why I took the time to edit my review.
