The Cabin Restaurant

I hadn’t been to the Cabin in a long time but we came here for first time in long time with friends from out of state and everyone was happy with their meals. They also have a gluten free menu which was great for me to have options other than a salad! Overall it was good, except I was supposed to have a gluten free wrap with my meal but they gave me bread instead, just was looking forward to the wrap but it was still good, so if you want a gf wrap just confirm they have it before!

Great rustic atmosphere. Signature BBQ selections slow cooked outside are excellent. It was a great choice for our group party in a separate party room (on a Wednesday evening.) There's also a great selection of appetizers, sandwiches, burgers and entrees, all delicious. The service was exceptional!

This was an excellent place to host a party. The private room was the perfect size, the food was excellent, and all of the staff was attentive and friendly. I would recommend The Cabin for a smaller private party.

I've been going to the cabin for many many years and I live right around the corner. Since the new owners took over, I have not gone there that much because they stop serving chicken franchise and for a few other reasons mainly to do with food. Last night was Saturday, February 24 and the Eddie Testa band was playing. It was packed. I had a problem with my meal twice in the same night and Iris who was our waitress who is fabulous got a hold of RON, the general manager who came to the rescue. Both of these people were the nicest about the problem and helped remedy the problem. When I told RON the story about them, not making chicken franchise he said he would make it for me which he did. I must say it was delicious. It was probably the best chicken franchise I've ever had there. If they put it back on the menu, I'd be there a lot more often. I thank RON for his kindness, his generosity, and just the way he handled everything. He is definitely a great manager. Iris, who was our waitress also handled everything great. She could not have done more to make our night special. I hope everyone sees this with you because even with all that was going on with the crowd they had these two folks managed to make my night which was for my birthday very special and I'm very grateful, so thank you hats off to Ron and Iris.❤👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

This place is a NJ staple. I love the cozy cabin feeling. The food was delicious and the bartenders were super attentive and made some great drinks. We had the happy hour wings and Old Fashion, French onion soup, and my mom had a White Russian (the Dude abides).

They have a lot of great happy hour specials and actually have them on Saturdays too unlike most places.

On our way and my partner and I noticed that the smoker in the back was producing some really, really delicious smells. As a result when we walked in and despite realizing that it was half price pizza & wings on Mondays, We ended up ordering barbecue platters. I have absolutely no regrets. I got the number three which is a brisket, a quarter ribs and pulled pork and it was out of control. delicious. The brisket melted in my mouth. the pulled pork was extremely flavorful and the ribs were so tender. The sauce that they use on top of it was really delicious, a little bit sweet but not overly sweet. Not too spicy, just perfect. We're looking forward to coming back.

I got the brisket Mac and cheese and it was DELICIOUS. The macaroni cheese sauce was phenomenal, really creamy and smooth. The brisket was good, with a very normal bbq sauce. Wasn't anything crazy special, but still good.
The service was good, our waitress was very friendly and checked in enough to be accessible but not too much to be intrusive.

I have to say first time there. It was amazing. Food was spot on. Lorie was great behind the bar. I had the brisket!! Delicious! My wife had a swiss mushroom burger. We will definitely be back!!!!!

First time here! How did I ever not stop in all those times I passed by! The dipping sauce for the pretzels was out of this world! Food delicious and service very friendly! Definitely a return visit, multiple ones, are in order!

We went to the Cabin Sunday night for dinner and it was Great. The GM who I called Mitch & Louise our waitress very funny, friendly & welcoming. The food was delicious and the drinks were outstanding. My gimlet was the best I’ve had in a long time. Desert was very enjoyable. I highly recommend the Cabin 👍👍👍👍

Food was good. Had the Jersey Burger. It was big enough for 2. Sat at the bar after dinner to listen to the band Bar staff was great, waitress was not as good. Had to ask 3 times for menus. Prices were reasonable for food. Beer prices were a little high for draft domestic (Sam Winter) but was clearly advertised so not a surprise.

Great food, hands down!!

We had a Repass meal there today. And I was very impressed with the service. The atmosphere is nice and casual. I have to mention the bathroom had a nice spacious handicap bathroom which is important and a lot of restaurants do not.

We went there on a late Saturday night and the service was quick and professional. We ordered the chili and it was amazing! As an added bonus, the chili came out 2 minutes after we ordered it. I ordered a plain thin crust pizza with bacon and fresh garlic, and it was the best pizza I've had in a while. Would definitely recommend coming here.

First time here & I'm sad I've missed out on it for so long. Restaurant was clean and nice looking. Beer options were plentiful. Food was delicious. Bartenders were great.

A cozy rustic place with some of the best food in the area & region; steaks, low & slow BBQ, and even some seafood dishes (the Shrimp Olivia is awesome!). The waitstaff & bartenders are pleasant & most helpful. You'll have a great time and good food. Live entertainment nightly.

Love this place! Been here a few times and always have a good experience. Atmosphere is great, always great music playing, love the cabin look.
The BBQ here is very good and everything is reasonably priced. All the dishes I've had were delicious and worth every penny.
I can't turn down brisket when I see it on a menu and The Cabin did not dissapoint. Will gladly come back time and time again.

We went for Thanksgiving. The Thanksgiving buffet they have there was amazing. Customer service was absolutely incredible. Even though the restaurant was packed, it didn't feel overwhelming and crowded.

Casual, cozy family restaurant with multiple options. GF listed on some items, but always helpful and accomodating. Delicious meals and desserts.
