Ultimate Office

I have been waiting over a month for my order. They did not communicate that they were moving their warehouse and that there may be potential delays in shipping. The customer service people are nice but they make no effort to contact customers you have to contact them for any status updates etc.

The department I work in at my organization ordered from them back in April, and as of today (August 12, 2018) we still have not received our full order. They tell me it has been on backorder, but I don't understand how something can be on backorder for that long (today I was told they will not be back in stock until the end of September). They have never contacted me giving me this information, I keep having to call and ask which is frustrating. The customer service is nice and helpful, but I will not be using this company again in the future. There has been no compensation offer from the company for the delay either.

UPDATE:
After calling again in September, I was told they still were not in stock and were expected in October. I called today (October 16) and was told they were in stock and we finally completed the order. Again, the customer service team is great and friendly, but I would have appreciated a call or email saying that they were in stock. Thankful that after 6 months, everything is finally sorted out!

This is Not A Store... Only A Website!

Placed an order for their WoodWorx system, only to find out they have discontinued the color I needed for my office decor AFTER they partially shipped. Now I have to deal with the hell of trying to return the partial and get refunds. Can't trust their website to accurately reflect any stock or whether items will be discontinued. Unreliable - avoid!
