We had visited a couple of ‘Fireplace’ dealers in and around Monmouth County and decided to go with Fireside Pros. I couldn’t have imagined how great the whole experience would turn out. Gordy was very knowledgeable and always accessible whenever we had questions. The guys that installed the unit, along with the gas line and electrical outlet couldn’t have been more professional or respectful. Sometimes in life you get lucky and find good people to interact with and that was my experience from start to finish. Highly recommended is an understatement.

We couldn’t have been more pleased with the entire process from sales to installation. Gordy, came to our house, measured out our existing fireplace and helped us pick the best wood burning stove insert for our houses needs. The installation process was smooth with absolutely no issues. The installer, Casey, was diligent, clean, professional, and took the time to explain in detail how to utilize the insert to best heat our whole house, as well as regular maintenance to obtain max performance. I had absolutely no negative criticism with the company or the installers. I highly recommend Fireside Pros.

Although the time frame was longer than expected. The quality of the Gas line installer Twin Flames and the unit installers proved to be some of the best contractors who have ever worked at my home. Regency Gas insert is performing amazing and heating virtualy my entire home. Gordy and fireside pros have the right people working with them and selling high quality products. Very satisfied customer.

Fireside Pros are really pros! They put in our new fireplace with excellent service and in a timely way. When I called several months later when I thought I had a problem, they were very responsive and willing to come over and fix any problem that I might have. Fortunately it was only something that I caused myself and I was able to fix it with their help. It is refreshing to have someone who is so responsibe and professional. Their prices were reasonable also.

We had our gas fireplace installed a year ago, and we couldn't be happier. The fireplace is outstanding quality and keeps our entire first floor warm during the winter. Gordy also provided outstanding service, even making a house call one year after the sale to answer our questions about the unit. I highly recommend Fireside Pros.

Absolutely great experience. Gordy was a pleasure to deal with from the start. The stove came exactly as expected and the installers were clean, courteous, and it was clear they were very experienced and knew what they were doing from the start. Would absolutely recommend 10/10.

We had a regency gas fire place installed by Fireside pros last Feb , 2021. Gordy and his crew did a amazing job., inpecable service, clean workers, knowledgeable of there product. What a difference from my old wood burning fireplace to this unit. I would highly recommend this company.

We had to wait a little bit because the faceplate wasn’t in but it was well worth the wait! Before and after! We are so pleased!

Had a pleasant experience dealing with Gordy and the Fireside Pros team. Purchased a Regency wood-burning stove after several in-home conversations with Gordy; He is very knowledgeable, easy to work with and provided some great input / recommendations. As for the installation itself, it went very smooth, took about 3 hours give or take and was done very professionally. It took about 6 - 7 weeks from when the Agreement was signed to installation, in order to set expectations, and some of this can be attributed to the current COVID situation. Overall, a great experience and would recommend.

From start to finish a great experience dealing with Fireplace Pros. Gordy was great to work with on the design. All the contractors,Pat from Twin Flame, Vinnie from VTEC Electric , and Casey, Ken and Greg from S&K Entrerprises were professionals and did a fantastic job. All involved really were concerned with the final result. We can’t believe how beautiful our fireplace is and couldn’t be happier with the results. Can’t forget to mention how helpful Danielle at the office was. Thanks Guys! Wish I had a bigger house so we could install another!

Fireside Pros installed a Regency fireplace insert yesterday. It look absolutely beautiful and works great! Shout out to Gordy for helping us pick the perfect insert and surround and to the installers who did a neat beautiful job with the install and then explaining how to use the unit. FIVE STARS!!!!!

I moved to New Jersey 3 years ago. I googled fireplace installation. After reviewing a few, I chose fireside pros. The unit was installed above my expectations. Unfortunately, the fan went on the unit after 27 months. I called the office and was assisted by Danielle. She asked for a photo of the serial number on the unit. Gordy called me and requested a few days. Much to my surprise, Gordy got Regency Fireplaces to send new parts at no cost due to the unit being 4months past the warranty. Casy was here a week later, completely serviced the unit to brand new. You rarely find a company like this. If you are looking for a fireplace, this is the place to go. Thank you Fireside. Lyle

All the people we dealt with at Fireside Pros were informative and courteous which made it a very good experience. Mitch our salesman, clearly explained everything we needed when we purchased our wood burning insert and the process of the installation. The team of installers, Ken, Casey and Hunter were very neat and they were clear in their instructions on the use of our fireplace insert and left us with wood burning in the insert. Gordy, came by later in the day to see how things were going and asked if we had any questions. Certainly, the team of Mitch, Jody, Gordy and the installers are an asset to Fireside Pros and we would not hesitate to recommend that you see them if you are looking for any fireside related purchases.

This company was terrific to work with-I’ve recommended them personally to four friends. They did everything necessary to convert our wood burning fireplace to gas-from pulling the permits, arranging for plumbing/gas line installation, great service techs for the actual install, advice for final inspection-they did it all and I highly recommend. The final product is just beautiful!!

They were professional and timely. The Plumber they use, Twin-Flames is very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with.
When the permit part hit a snag at the municipality, Allen followed it up personally going there to explain and smooth things up.
The installers, Mr Parker & Son were on time, very fast, clean and efficient.
Pleasure to work with them, and intend to use them again in our townhouse in mid jersey.
