Everything started when i strand my wrist at work while on the sealer i had a brace on for about 2 weeks. I informed my manager William and all he cared about was me getting back on the machine, I came to work every day with my brace on and did as much as i could do with my injury. I was threatened every day since it happened that i would lose my job. I was told it was unfair to everyone else that i was hurt and couldn't seal. Then i was told that William told my supervisor that i was lying about my injury and my doctors note said I came in for my stomach which is not true. Friday 12/24/21 is when i took the brace off. Monday i was called to William's office and he asked when I would start to seal again i told him i just took the brace off Friday and i was going to try to start that day. He then informed me again that i would lose my job if I couldn't or to go get a doctor's note saying I couldn't. I did my job that day i sealed the bags went home in pain came back the next day i told my supervisor i was in pain the day before and he told me to take it easy and if starts to hurt just stop. the day after that William called and told me i was fired and when i asked why i was being fired, he said, "I don't have to give you a reason" i then said its ok i knew you didn't like me anyway by how you talk to me his response was "Yup". This man William has been giving me a hard time since day one i have never had a manager with so much attitude and he use to talk to me so rude and nasty. He even said i smoke dope and i was so offended but i felt like i couldn't do anything about it. He has accused me of things that i had nothing to do with and wouldn't even do. This job damaged my wrist then fired me because of it. Also, during 1st shift while management is in there is men doing the sealing job due to the amount of strength needed and it is not properly mentioned in the job description or interview. Monday i worked through the pain because i wanted my job Tuesday i was told not to push it Wednesday i was called not to come back.

I worked here through a temp agency a couple of months ago first off my supervisor didnt speak any english and in order to get my attention she would come bang on the table scared me a couple of times too. Then i hit my head one day and i had a knot on my head i went and told the lady in the office showed her my head and everything she gave me the ok to go home next thing i know im getting a call saying i walked out and they didn't want me back. I have never seen a job fire someone because they injured themselves
