Наверное лучшая клиника в Нью-Йорке. Мне, здесь сделали две операции на сердце и, по этому - знаю, что говорю. Весь персонал молодые, красивые, внимательные и веселые. Врачи - прекрасные специалисты своего дела. Чистота в клинике идеальная, оснащение медоборудованием на самом высоком уровне. Сложно найти место лучше. Эти ребята, буквально спасли мне жизнь: я никогда не забуду ни одного из них, они стали моими - ангелами, хранителями.
Probably the best clinic in New York. I've had two heart surgeries here, and that's why I know what I'm saying. All the staff are young, beautiful, attentive and cheerful. Doctors are excellent specialists in their field. The cleanliness in the clinic is perfect, the equipment of medical equipment is at the highest level. It's hard to find a better place. These guys literally saved my life: I will never forget any of them, they became my guardian angels.

I have been going here for about 1 1/2 years. I am happy with the short wait times. Happy with my endocrinologist, not quite as happy with my doctor. I need someone who will listen when I say that I know my body and what medications have worked best for me. I will say that the front desk staff, office staff , and one PA in particular have impressed me. Adam Soto a PA in my doctor's office could not present as a better representation of what a PA should be than he does.

I really don't get how people can give this place a 5-star review. I am only able to get in touch with "my doctor" via the Mount Sinai messaging system and it takes 2 days for him to reply to my messages. What kind of doctor is that, if you can't get in touch with him that same day at least. We are living a pandemic nowadays and people can't wait 2 days for the doctor to email you back a reply. Better find a smaller practice where you deal with a person not a messaging system.

I have been here 2 days in a row. I called to make an appointment for a PFT., PULMONARY FUNCTION TEST. I was told to be there at 8:20 am on 9/9/19. I get there and and no one knew why I was there. A few minutes later, they call a guy whose name is Julius. He chewed us out and kept asking how did we make the appointment, who made us the appointment. After explaining to him that we were referred by a doctor, he then again said that he was the only one 2jo scheduled these appointments and it's only done on Tuesday's. So he says, come back tomorrow at 5pm. I'll get the referral from your doctor. Here is the next day Tuesday, 4:15 pm. We get here and again they look on list and my hubby's name doesn't appear. I explain the situation to the receptionist who was no help and totally clueless of her job description. I ask her to please call this Julius person 3 times in which all 3 times she tells me to call the service in Manhattan's Mt. Sanai. She then tells us to wait that they'll see if the doctor adds him on. After 50 minutes, she then says the doctor will see but only for 10 minutes. At this point, I took my hubby's I'd back and stormed out of there. Talk about inept staff. By the way, the referring doctor is affiliated with hospital. We will not be returning to this place. Horrible experience with inept and unprofessional staff.

All I did was call to see if they do covid testing and the receptionist was extremely rude. I had called three other locations that were on the Mount Sinai list of covid testing, this was my fourth so I was a little bit frustrated. In trying to explain my frustration about calling these other locations she cut me off and mocked me. Better training for the staff would be great.
