Nice place well maintained and the owner is nice, food is always fantastic.. also a huge fan of the home made lemon bars, delicious!

This is a historic General Store in Long Valley. There is a full service deli with a pizza oven and homemade baked goods. The sandwiches are fresh and generous. The pizza and calzones are great. We get the calzones and slice them to bring to parties. There is also a post office here and a small market with the basics. The bread pudding muffins are a favorite.

Great stop for a breakfast sandwich in the AM and a pizza in the PM. I highly recommend the home made lemon bars.

It was my first visit here but I loved it. There is a post office inside. I ordered the eggplant mozzarella and roasted red pepper with balsamic sandwich and it was delicious. Can't wait to go back and try their Pizza. It was a nice ride there and the place is such a step back in time. I believe it's been there since 1830. It really is worth the trip.

Ordered two sandwiches, two slices and a lb of cold cuts. Very pleased! Fresh produce on the sandwiches is always a plus!

Honestly the best pizza you will find in all of Morris county. Seriously, call in and ask them to make you a fresh pizza, better than any Italian restaurant in the area and even better than the dedicated pizza parlors in the area. The deli sandwiches are also really good and the specials are fun every time. The lemon bar desserts are my favorite, and all the other options they have for teas and convenience items are very good. The staff is amazing and Carlos is a genius chef. This place has my patronage for life, it gets a little busy around lunch time with all the local workers going to get their favorite sandwich, but if there's a line make sure you wait. It is totally worth it.

We were coming off a road trip from PA and needed to make a pit stop! they couldn't have been more nicer or accommodating to us, also pick up some breakfast sandwiches for the rest of the trip home. So if stepping back in time to a nostalgic place were the general store and post office operated in the same space, well you'll love this littel jem!✨

Pete and Lisa serve up great food, whether it's pizza or a sub sandwich. Lucky to find this place in rural West Jersey. Going to be a regular stop when I'm out that way!

Stopped in a whim. Old fashioned general store, loved it. Bought a sandwich, the Centenary. Very good, great number of other choices.

Friendly service, excellent variety of foods. and very tasty no matter what you order. Cool historic atmosphere and charm. Inside you will find a USPS hub that is very convenient. Definitely recommend 👍😁

This place has been around forever and has done a great job keeping up with the times. From the outside it looks like you typical general store. On the inside they have a post office, a pizza kitchen, a sandwich shop, and really good empanadas.

Great place. If you don't travel those roads you might miss it. They have great deli sandwiches and specials. They even have a decent pizza and calzone. Everything I have ordered there has come out right. It's not expensive and the people working there have always been pleasent.

The food is amazing, the staff was friendly, a great family owned, eat in take out little slice of heaven in New Jersey, a welcome site after a long bike ride or stopping in to pick up a few things for dinner, lunch or breakfast!!!

Oldest General store still in operation in NJ. Step back in time and enjoy the all their food, the specials, soup and sandwiches. Pizza and ltalian subs. There is an operating post office there too and much more.

We always order pizza from the General Store and we love it. They always get it right and deliver on time.
