Latin American Deli

The Latin American Deli on Marion Avenue is amazing. We've been here a few times already. Today, I had their delicious fried pork with rice lunch special (different every day of the week). My wife loved her tuna melt. I definitely recommend this place! It's also a regular Deli, so you can get the usual subs and sandwiches too.

This place has become our Saturday morning treat (and sometimes during the week too). Great food and great coffee. The two women who run it are super friendly and are always happy to see you and remember what you like! It’s warm and friendly with great food cooked fresh. Definitely recommend!

Latin American Deli has become a staple breakfast/lunch establishment for me for about 2 months or so. Honestly it does not matter what I order it all has tasted fantastic. It truly reminds me of home cooking when my grandmother was alive. The two ladies who own the business have challenged me to try new foods and they never fail to amaze me. They work VERY hard to maintain a clean and professional establishment, and always have a smile on their face whether they are working in 100 degree weather or freezing. I can assure you if you take a small time out of your day to come to Latin American Deli you will not be disappointed, as they are one of the BEST establishments to eat at in New Providence! Thank you ladies for always taking care of me and making sure my food tastes delicious!

This place is legit! Incredible, authentic, latin american street food and deli. Fantastic classic jersey options, and then a separate menu for Latin American versions and options. Solid breakfast and lunch spot. The ladies there are friendly, great service. Even the coffee there is awesome. 5/5 STRONG RECOMMEND. Will return promptly.

I LOVE THIS PLACE. Perfect place for breakfast and lunch. The food is amazing, always fresh, well prepared, and very flavorful. The service is the best, the owners always make sure to go the extra mile to take care of their customers and make sure they are satisfied with their experience. I highly recommend this as a place to go for a meal in New Providence.

A restaurant that is like your home away from home. Excellent, friendly service. My coworkers and I look forward to running over after our Saturday work day and getting a bite. We are always served with love. The food is fresh and homemade. A party in my mouth.

Amazing food and service!! The staff is friendly and personable. The food is delicious EVERY time, whether you’re getting a simple sandwich or the hot daily special (usually a Latin Dish), it leaves you stuffed and satisfied. You can tell the food is made with love and care, highly recommend!!!

Great food, great staff, all located on a cozy residential street. About four seats are available inside with three picnic tables outside, so plan for that. I chose the Thursday special, chifrijo, which is crispy pork and beans. It was fantastic and a healthy portion for about $8.

I had some empanadas at LAD and I can tell you that they were abosolutly the BEST that I have had in this area. No contest. Maria has lots of pride in her work!

Always greeted with a smile and a good morning. The food is excellent, best burrito and beans around. The latino breakfast and lunch options are excellent and i wish they had more variations. We do Saturday breakfast outside too.

In response to heart attack on a plate, the only time LAD is closed is Sunday’s and major holidays because business is slow those days and everyone needs a break. Otherwise they’re open and the food is great, the prices reasonable and the owners are very friendly. Exactly the kind of hard working, tax paying ppl we welcome here

Excellent to my taste buds but very pricey but remember you are in New Providence NJ. But WOW can they make some wonderful chicken tenders because my son ate them as if they were the last food on the planet.
