The best location for Public Storage. Gissel went above and beyond in assisting me with my storage space. Staff members are super friendly and always willing to help. I had a bad experience with the location at 3108 Northern Blvd, and the staff at this location took the initiative to aid me and find the perfect storage unit. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a storage space.

Konstance was such great help I just drove cross country and needed a storage for all my items, she informed me of everything I needed to know. Small issues with the parking but we will figure it out. Other female staff was amazing as well

Significantly more affordable than other local storage, with a very continent loading/unloading space. Mikaylah and Jamie were willing to assist me in finding a solution to a difficult unloading situation and were very professional

Jamie is an incredible asset to this facility(3204 northern blvd). She was very informative and helpful throughout the whole process. We originally were misinformed about pricing and sizing when we made our reservation but she guided us and went above and beyond to help resolve everything for us. She was very patient and it really was a pleasure to work with her.

I met with friendly Storage Representative, Jamie to get information on renting out a storage space. Jamie was polite and she explained to me my options. With her help and her explanation, I was able to rent, a nice size storage for good price in 15 mins and started to move my stuff. She also taught me how to use Public Storage app which made the process of getting into building very easily and conveniently. By the way, all the staff in this location was super friendly and easy to work with. Definitely recommend this location 3204 Northern Blvd., who is looking to rent out a storage place. I can’t say enough great things about Carmen and Konstance. My move was late everything broke they stayed not only after hours but even helped me move things which isn’t a part of their job. They were so friendly kind and helpful I honestly wouldn’t know what to do without them. Amazing staff Public Storage!!!

The only reason I am filling this in is because of the representative, Jamie. She was exemplary upon our arrival, helped us out in a way that was far beyond any job requirements, and I am only writing this, because of how excellent Jamie is even if this gets her a raise or a promotion, she deserves both.

Jamie is the only reason I’m writing this. She is INCREDIBLE!!! She walked me through the reg. process, and then escorted me to my locker to show me how to access elevator/floor/location. JAMIE IS THE BEST!!!!!!
