Nick Hance was professional and accommodating right from the reminder call before showing for a generator interlock install. He even offered to pickup a coffee or other beverage on his way. Once he got here, he promptly reviewed the project and was very flexible in changing the plan. I'm pretty OCD so I like clean and straight. Nicks work was a breath of fresh air. Great QUALITY work! This is the second job Nichols has done for me and they don't disappoint. Keep up the great work guys!

We recently had Joe out to our home to assist with some plumbing work. He was very detailed in his explanation of the work to be performed and provided fair and transparent pricing illustrations prior to our decision to move forward. We were able to quickly schedule a subsequent visit to complete the project in just a few days time. The work was completed promptly and to a high standard. Nichols Electric has been my go to for electricians. Today we decided to try their plumbers for a toilet install. Joel was our technician. As with all of their staff he was courteous and professional. He dealt with the issues from the previous install and left us with a toilet with no leaks. Highly recommend.

Had Joel from Nichols out to replace our leaky garbage disposal. He did a great job explaining everything including pricing upfront and walking us through the work he would do. Did good work and reviewed everything with us at the end. Appreciate the service and everything was great! Will definitely use Nichols for our plumbing and electrical needs in the future!

Joel was ready and willing to do whatever needed to repair my plumbing, when he arrived. Took a quick look to see what the issue could be, then explained several repair options. After explaining them all I made my decision on which option to go with. He started to work immediately and fix the issue,in a very timely fashion. Made sure everything worked the way it was supposed to. Then cleaned the area extensively. Being extremely satisfied with the work I paid the bill. I will be recommending them to friends and family in the future.

Nichols and Joe were excellent. I got an appointment the day after I called and Joe finished the job in less than 20 minutes. I love that they send a text with his picture and tracking info before as well. Highly recommend!

Can't say enough about Nichols Electric. Mike, who did the work, was friendly, thorough, and communicated throughout the entire process. From scheduling the appointment to the completed job, I am incredibly happy with them. I will be using their plumbing service now as well with how impressed I was!

Hess H. And Joel B. did a fantastic job installing a new sink, new faucet, new garbage disposal, and new under sink water filtration system in our kitchen.
From start to finish, Hess explained everything that was needed to perform the work and provided an estimate on the spot! Execution of the job was equally seamless. Hess and Joel even took the incredibly heavy old sink to the curb without batting an eye. The kitchen looks cleaner than when they arrived.
Nichols is my go to for Electric and Plumbing! Now that they’ve added Handyman Service I’ll be calling on them soon for a bathroom remodel.

Dan and Caleb are very friendly and professional. They arrived when they said they would and got right to work. They worked right through till they were done without even a lunch break. It is very refreshing to see young men with such a great work ethic. They installed a new electric service panel and meter box. I've seen many breaker boxes but this one is very neat and orderly. A work of art. If Dan and Caleb are an indication of the caliber of people working at Nichols Electric then I would very highly recommend them for any work you need done.

Great service from start to finish. I am amazed at the prompt and professional communication throughout the process, from appointment setting to knowing when our service person is on the way. Joe Brennan was top-notch, super knowledgeable and professional (kind too!). He quickly identified the cause of my chronic clogging, "water is flowing slightly up here," and provided options to repair or replace my kitchen sink pipe with no pressure. "Replace please!" He did the work quickly and neatly. Once done he showed me his work, and made sure I knew to keep the area dry. He said, "this will never be a problem again." Talk about peace of mind! This pipe has been bugging me for years! Thank you Joe and Nichols Plumbing for an outstanding experience!

We had an excellent experience with Nichols Electric. They addressed several electrical issues we had and we could not be more pleased. Nick came to our home and in the process of putting together an estimate he was thorough, courteous, knowledgeable and explained everything in great detail. The actual work was done by Nick and Joel and they were prompt, efficient and very pleasant to have in our home. After they were finished they cleaned up and took away all of the debris from the job. We did have several other estimates and their price was very fair for the work that was done. If we have any electrical needs in the future we will definitely be using Nichols again.

I have to redo my review because the one about Dan and Caleb was erased when I left a review for the new sink being installed by Joe

Anyways, Dan and Caleb did a Greta job installing my ring doorbell and flood light. They be back out in a few weeks to upgrade my electrical panel box and I am so excited to get that done.
If I need any electrical work or plumbing work done I will only contact Nichols!

I requested a quote to get a new sink installed. I was under the impression Joe would come out and provide a quote and then I would pick a day for him to come back out. But noooo, Joe was able to stay and install the sink today 8/25/23. Joe did an amazing job and cleaned up very well. Doesn't even look like he was here. I know for fact if I need any plumbing work done in the future I will be sure to reach out to Nichols. Thanks Joe. It was a pleasure working with you today!

Outstanding service by plumber Hess from the estimate upon arrival to finishing job. He was extremely knowledgable, friendly, very thorough, professional and provided an exceptional customer experience. I was so happy with the replacement of hardware as well. I just needed to take the time to say how much Hess made our experience with Nichols Plumbing & Electric.

We paid another service for an estimate and they told me the toilet we had for replacement would not fit.

I called and got a free estimate with Hess. He was super friendly and professional. Ensured me the replacement toilet was in fact the right size.

Today he came to install the toilet, snake our drain and to install a new exhaust fan which we added last min.

Everything came out amazing. Hess did a great job and it did not take nearly as long as I would thought. Plus they guarantee their work.

We will definitely be using them again in the future with our plumbing and electrical needs.
