I’m giving 2 stars because of how fast they answered the phone, but the person was rude and unknowable about the application, one simple question about the exam, and she couldn’t give me an straight answer. I believe that whoever answers the phone should have a better understanding of how the application works.

If I could give a 0 I would I’ve been on hold for 2.5 hours and still waiting.why they don’t have a call back system is beyond me. Do your self a favor nj and put a call back system in you’ll avoid a lot of angry people who had to wait hours to talk to an operator

Some of the most impatient , ignorant people I ever talked to in my life , NJ Electrical board needs to get ahold of this and fast

Very difficult to get in touch with electrical department. The operator does not have up to date information of exam applications. System don’t update their information. Have applied for exam date since February still don’t have an exam date.
