This review is in regards to the April 30, 2018 review. The Truth of the matter was not told. So here is some more information and you can have your own opinion on it as well. The new home owner bought a house that had people residing in it already. She felt she had the right to go inside the home and tell people what to do. She wanted all the cars removed so she can put her car in the driveway but fail to realize that people were living there and they had their own cars there as well. But New York State laws state if you want to remove people from a dwelling you must give them a 30 day notice in advance. If they do not leave within the 30 day notice then you must go to Landlord-tenant court and take action. The New owner did not understand and was informed by her lawyer that she can do certain things but according to New York State law she could not. She needed to get those residences removed plain and simple through the evection process. In regards to her getting attacked by two pit bulls is false. She bought a home with people living in it already. She entered the home and they were two pit bulls chained up protecting their home. She was never attacked by two pit bulls. Yes she was investigating her property that had two pitbull’s on the property who belonged there. They were just dogs being dogs. For your information there is videotape evidence of the whole entire situation. The New homeowner was the one being rude and obnoxious and did not understand anything that was told to her. She did not want to hear the facts of the matter, laws, and proper actions that she needed to do in regards to her situation. Thank U.

I was driving alongside Jamaica avenue and sutpin boulevard in queens nyc and i was making a left turn using the left turn signal coming from the Q24 MTA Bus line Heading toward Jamaica avenue not brooklyn and as i was merging into Traffic a nypd police cruiser (could be a ford taurus) marked me down and using his sirens and rumbler siren and I quickly turned my right turn signaler on and pulled over to the right on to a bo standing bus stop and put the hazard lights on and rolled down both my front windows and waited for the 2 nypd police officers to approach me by the driver side window. After the male nypd officer approached me he said "hi how are you doing!" And let me know that I am being recorded by his front chest camera. And I said "okay no problem" and continued the conversation. He said did you know why I pulled you over, and I said "no" and he said you cannot make a left turn in this intersection because only nyc mta buses are allowed to make a left turn in this intersection and I said "oh I didn't know that" and then he said oh that's okay, then he asked for nyc dmv driver's license and nyc dmv car registration and he took it and I waited and then he came back and gave me back my nyc dmv driver's license and nyc dmv car registration back to me and said I wrote you a ticket because you made a traffic violation and he said you just say you plead guilty and pay the ticket in the amount of $138.00 because you disobeyed a traffic control device, and he also said you must pay the ticket within 10 to 15 days of the date of the offense and he also said you can pay online or by mail by sending a check. I rate this Police encounter experience 5 stars because the officer did not make the experience unbearing or hard and he was kind and courteous and told me to drive safe afterwards. This happened on April 25, 2019 Thursday at 2:45pm. I think the nyc nypd 103 Police Precinct is great precinct and they do a great job in the jurisdiction that they serve. Your welcome for my review!!!!

I must say the Officers on the beat ( in patrol cars) are very nice guys, the ones patrolling around also (on foot,on the corners), like Officer Arias, great guy,Officer Krissow and Officer Kendald very cool dudes,so come on guys! Not all of them are Public Enemy No 1 and not all are bad so let's be fair here,Officer Arias is one of the coolest cop out there he's easy on the eyes too, my respects to you guys and the work you do out there being a cop isn't easy, you are being labelled as a pig, racist and all the worst names applicable to a police agent but it takes just one to blemish the whole force and police lives does matter, Love and respect to you guys at 103 Precinct.

Well enough is enough.
If anyone of have any serious concerns about any officers just get their badge number and name, then write a complaint against them and that complaint will stay in their file

The officers here are very courteous and well mannered, and as far as my experience, very short wait time for when you inquire for help at the desk.

Have been at the scene of an accident for over 4 hours, no one has shown up. I called 103rd to get an estimated arrival time, a very nasty police officer said that you do not call for that and hung up on me. I went outside my car to try to flag a police officer down and one stopped look at my directly in the eye and kept driving. You have better luck to win the lottery that to have a police officer show up within a decent time and actually help you.

This is the worst precinct, the give no respect to the people and it not even worth it calling them for help. Some kid through stone at my house n broke the window the cops came 45 min later n refused to make a statement, the want to give me a make up number and when I ask if that the number I could go to the precinct and get a statement that when they write one. When I told them I have an address of the kid who did it the refused to do an investigation and fine out who the kids are. And these are the ppl we think will protect us, they should never become cop all the know how to do is drink coffee n eat donut. They deserve no respect the same way the give us none.

You have a better chance of getting President Trump to come clean your house then get an Officer from this precinct to do their job. 5 hours waiting for an officer to report to the scene of an accident and still no one has shown up. Might as well set up camp in the middle of hillside avenue.

HONESTLY, this precinct should just be closed down. The officers there are so nonchalant and lackadaisical, it's disturbing. I have been a victim of cyber bullying for the last 3 years and I am emotionally distraught. I began explaining my situation to the woman in the office and she immediately made me feel like my crime wasn't an actual crime. For those who may not know, cyber bullying is a serious crime (this fact was confirmed to me prior when I called the district attorneys office to seek help). I have zero respect for the NYPD after today's antics. After the woman basically shrugged my situation off, I then approached officers casually hanging around in the lobby and told them that I needed to speak to someone else who can help me. I proceeded to explain my situation again and was interrupted by this rude woman who decided to explain MY situation for me. Yeah, no thanks. The officer then asked me "how do you know who the person is that's doing this is the same person?". BECAUSE THE PROOF IS ON MY PHONE. But no, of course he didn't look at it. He shrugged it off as harassment and didn't even write up a report. Instead he stepped outside to chit chat with other fellow officers who are doing NOTHING. "Protect and serve", RIGHT! What a joke. I came in with 3 years worth of proof and STILL no compassion or help. Officer Fauker just sat there and refused to acknowledge me or even offer words of encouragement. I will be suing the county of queens and will seek help ELSEWHERE, since my "protectors" since my situation is a joke to them. I ended up leaving with tears in my eyes, because the only way I'll get help is if I'm physically injured. As if I haven't been getting emotionally and mentally tormented already. Useless
