Pastrami House Delicatessen

Pastrami was very fresh and delicious. No weird aftertaste like when you order pastrami from an average deli.

Burger was not bad, fresh bun, but I would definitely stick to the Pastrami.

Fries were good, however I would just get the Potato Latkes as well.

Ordered through Uber Eats, who dropped the ball completely. Someone from Pastrami House called us to let us know, and we were able to resolve the issue. The food was excellent! We had the classic pastrami sandwich, turkey pastrami, pickles, pasta salad, and soup. Everything was delicious and the establishment was accommodating and helpful.

Hands down the best pastrami sandwich I have had in NJ and quire possibly ever. Delicious. Fully dressed w/ russian dressing and coleslaw, piled to the ceiling on rye bread, this sandwich is to die for. Everyone working there is super friendly and eager to assist, and when my party of 6 entered the establishment we were provided samples of the pastrami to try without even asking. They have an amazing product and service and the confidence to stand behind it. Sandwich was so delicious that even though I am currently stuffed, I am craving another. Wolfed it down too quickly to take a photo.

Pastrami House helped us by catering our office party. Everyone loved the food and the service was perfect. Monica identified the perfect selection and quantity of food needed for our event. We will definitely be returning!

Just had the best Pastrami sandwich ever from here. The staff was super friendly and the food is out of this world. Definitely my new go to lunch spot.

My husband and I go almost every Sunday and the food is always amazing. The staff are extremely friendly and they’re always handing out homemade samples to snack on while you wait for your food! Highly recommend

Recently tried Pastrami House for lunch. Had the pastrami sandwich and a square knish, and was in heaven.
We catered our Black Friday from them, with sliders and sides, including a vegetarian platter. I swear they gave me more than I ordered. The food disappeared! Soooo good.

The pastrami is fantastic, as are all the sides. (Those pickles are great!) The service was friendly and very welcoming. This place just earned a spot in regular rotation for an absolutely delicious deli right in the heart of New Providence!

Loved this place!! Food was delicious, fresh, and the environment was very cozy. The barley soup was out of this world. Can’t wait for my next visit and trying a different sandwich.

The food was delicious and the guy who took my order was friendly. My only complaint is parking but I'm not gonna blame the business for street parking being bad. I am looking forward to eating my way through the menu on my lunch break in the upcoming months

Al was just so wonderful! Amazing customer service. He took extra special care to make me a beautiful sandwich! And also made me some extra rye bread. It was so wonderful. I felt so blessed. Thank you! I wish the business that very best!

Jordan gave us great service, very kind and professional. Food was great. Latkes very good. Black & Whites very good. Got 2 large reubens, mini knishes, and latkes. Next time will try stuffed knish. Could have gotten small reubens, generous sizing. Next time will get medium reuben open faced.

We ordered catering for a lunch for a business meeting and not only did the Manager accommodate every need...the food was amazing!! Order from here..you will not be disappointed!! We will definitely be ordering for our business meetings and I will continue to order for my own personal lunch! Great restaurant, staff and food!!

So happy that they’re back! Smaller place than Berkeley Heights but pastrami is very very good. And that’s what matters. Friendly counter guy also.
