VCA Green Animal Hospital

Have been taking my animals here for years. I have two dogs and 1 cat. Friendly and caring staff, awesome docs. The VCA puppy and dog plans are a great thing they offer. I have both of my dogs on the plan so I never forget to get the necessary things done to keep them healthy. I also utilize their boarding service which ensures me my dogs are safe.

We have been taking our pets to VCA for approximately 1 year. Hope, our 8 year old lab mix is a very special girl, as she is an assist dog. Dr Buerling and staff has done an exceptional job helping Hope remain active and on task, by managing age related pain from a very active lifestyle. Dr. Buerling recently examined our rescue dog Reagan , a 7 year old shepherd mix. She is very supportive of our decision to give supportive comfort care due to his health issues. We are pleased with the quality services at VCA. The techs are very knowledgeable and receptionists are quite pleasant and helpful.

Very good people work here… prompt follow ups after appointments, very personable, and most importantly…. they are great with my dog. Love this place.

I have a 14-year-old Samoyed that had a tumor growing that was starting to affect her quality of life... needless to say Dr. Hopper fixed my best friend! She’s the best around! 🫶🏼 Thank you so much to Dr. Hopper and team!

Great place for vet care. Staff and vets are very friendly and seem to genuinely care for your pets. The facility is always clean. It is expensive but I believe they are comparable in prices to vets in the area.

I took my puppies for their first vet visit. Everyone was so kind and and gentle. It was a very pleasant experience for them and tons of great socialization for them as well. They were held and cuddled and showered with 💕

My kid's dogs got into a vicious fight this morning. They are usually always separated but today accidentally got out together. My daughter rescued 2 dogs and when she came home from the Army, they came with her. Unfortunately, they did not like our other 2 rescue dogs. (Please do not judge that we have 4 dogs that do not like each other. We have kept them separated for over a year with no issues.) Our regular vet is not open on Sunday. I called the VCA office and the girl answered and immediately asked if I could hold. I said "I guess" she then paused and said "is this an emergency?" and I told her our dogs got into a vicious fight and needs to be seen. She had sensed the urgency in my voice and she immediately said to bring him in. They were prompt, kind and not at all rude as the other reviews said. They examined Milo and sutured him up for $433. I had read that they overcharge and was a bit nervous but was more worried about the health of our dog. I thought this was a reasonable price to make sure my dog was examined, cleaned up, sutured and given antibiotics. I was very impressed by their professionalism and caring toward my kids and Milo. I am thankful they were open on a Sunday and gave great care. Milo is doing well and should recover soon.

Unfortunately my wife and I had to have our fourteen year old Shiba Inu put down two days ago. The team here was more than professional. They were so kind, caring, accommodating, and truly showed love for us and our dog. They made the whole heartbreaking process as easy on us as possible, and my wife and I were moved by how much they truly seemed to care. We have used Green Animal Hospital for treatment of our dogs in the past, and I feel that they have always been pretty good, although expensive (probably not much more than most places from what I've heard). This visit however, they truly went above and beyond. If you are forced to say goodbye to your beloved furry family member, I recommend these folks based off of our experience. Thank you gals so much for treating us and our old boy as if we were family, and giving him a peaceful end.

I have been taking my two year old Labrador Retriever, Darin, here since he was 8 weeks old, and we have loved every single employee and veterinarian that has worked with us. Everyone is so kind, inviting, accommodating, and flexible. Darin is super healthy and we are so happy to be apart of the VCA Green family.

I had to bring my cat in for an emergency visit, and VCA did a great job. One women specifically helped me out a lot with how tos, and great advice and my cat is now back to himself. Master Splinters-Worth thanks you all.

I love VCA Green. My animals are ALWAYS taken care of, the staff here truly care for animals. At the end of the day Vet care is not cheap as you’ll see wherever you go. Ultimately the staff does not get to choose the price of care as VCA is a National corporate vet clinic over the USA. Remind yourself of this when visiting as these people have no control over the price of your visit. There are cheaper options you can weed through but I will continue to use VCA because the staff here care for my animals as if their own & they greet me with kindness and respect even on their hardest days. If you read this review through, choose kindness. Especially when visiting the clinic, as you have no idea how hard this profession is! Thank you again VCA for everything you do! I love and appreciate they way they treated me and my pet with compassion when I had to let her go, it gave me peace knowing they did what they could to save her.

Thank you for caring for our Pekingese family when we were out of town! Everything was great and we appreciate the updates on the dogs. We realize you are busy with many other dogs, and we think they actually enjoyed their stay!

I'm not sure if they are a good value because I'm not familiar with veterinary prices these days. A couple of years ago my dog went in for surgery on her eye and I was very pleased with the way she was treated and just everything about that experience was good. Yesterday she was attacked by three pit bulls and we had to go in for emergency and they just I just love these people. Actually if you ask my dog if she wants to go to the doctor she gets all excited and runs to the door. How often does that happen?

Always helpful! Found a stay dog and they helped determine that (unfortunately) he was not chipped. They took our information and were willing to help us find the owner. The inside is always clean and the staff wonderful. You can tell they love their work and the patients.

My cat has been having some eye issues I was trying to resolve, but today she woke up and wouldn’t eat or drink, she just slept on the couch while I worked all day. I called her vet to see if we could get her in and the earliest they could see her is Saturday, 2 days from now and she’s not eating. I took her to the animal hospital. Overall it was a great experience. All of the workers were amazing to say the very least. They took the time to answer all my questions with no hesitation. They even showed me easier ways to give her oral medication which I appreciated so much. It was a bit pricier but I expected that as it’s an emergency hospital. I hope my pets never need emergency care again, but if they do I will definitely be going back here.

I know my dog Luke is always in excellent hands when he needs to visit VCA. Extremely professional and helpful staff. We usually see Dr. Russell for scheduled appointments and she is amazing! Her bedside manner with pet parents is fantastic, she always listens to my concerns and answers any questions I have thoroughly.

Tonight we had a minor emergency and my dog saw Dr Larson. Although I didn't get to meet them because of covid safety precautions. Dr Larson took excellent care of Luke! Jennifer too!

As a pet parent, I really appreciate having a vet that is open 24 hours a day. It gives me piece of mind to know that my dog can get all the care he needs from the same place. Less stressful for him, and me. And again, the staff is so caring. You can really tell they all love animals so much, thanks VCA Green =)
