Absolutely fantastic. My son highly recommended them & his recommendation wasn’t exaggerated in the least. Reception makes you & fur baby feel welcome. Techs are friendly & comforting. The doctor’s opinions & recommendations were explained in detail & all my concerns addressed.

Highly recommend!!!! Veterinarian Dr Samantha Bercheck is amazing. Very compassionate, understanding, listens to all my concerns about my puppy.

Their prices seem reasonable. The staff are all very friendly and professional. I am highly pleased with the care my puppy is receiving at Keystone Vet Clinic.

Keystone is the best vet clinic i have ever been to. Every staff member is absolutely wonderful to work with from the minute you walk in to the second you leave. They take care of all my pets including my chihuahua, my GSD & cat. I have no complaints as they are so great with each of them. Also, shout out to Dr. Samantha because she is the BEST vet i have ever worked with. I will always come back because of her! Koda & Sushi also thank you!

Keystone went above and beyond to make the transition of euthanizing my 19 year kitty as painless as possible. The Vet was very thorough. She explained all that was troubling my kitty and left me with not doubt that I was doing the right thing. She clearly explained the procedure every step of the way. I also received an unexpected sympathy card, signed by the whole staff, and a tuft of fur neatly tucked in a glass bottle. Keystone knocked it out of the park!

The staff at Keystone is always friendly, and they go above and beyond for my doggos! One of my dogs is NOT good with other animals, and the staff goes out of their way to make sure he's comfortable when he's in their care. Absolutely love them!

Kind, caring, patient vets. Unhurried. Two docs managed the new dog-well dog visit - one to give treats the other to examine and give shots. Practical advice, great value.

The doctors and staff are wonderful, caring and take the time to work with reactive/scared animals. They never rush. If I could give 10 stars I would.

Very caring staff. They really try to get your animal is as soon as possible when you call. They just saw my 16 year old cat last week and once again provided excellent care to him as they have any animal I'veever brought to them. I highly recommend Keystone.

The absolute best place to take your pet. The staff is friendly and helpful. I feel they genuinely care and are interested. Extremely empathetic when it comes to having to put an animal down. Two of my cats had respiratory infections and they got both of them in quickly the next day. 😻

The staff are very patient. The veterinarians take the time to care for our Cat and Dog. We receive updates and reminders for regular checkups and when their next vacancies are due.

Dr. Sam is wonderful. She genuinely loves our pets and remembers their medical history because she cares.

We have used Keystone as our primary care provider for our dogs. Friendly, attentive staff. The facility is clean. Plenty of parking. Keystone Care Credit which has been a life saver when our pups were sick. The doctors are knowledgeable, compassionate, and really work with you when making difficult choices for your pets.

Every vet and staff member that has worked with my dog and rabbit have been an absolute pleasure to work with. They all are welcoming, kind, and compassionate to both animal and owner. They have rabbit savvy vets at this location which is perfect that I can take my dog and rabbit to the same facility!! Love this vet facility would never go anywhere else!

After much research, we decided on Keystone as our new Vet Clinic. Upon calling to inquire, they could not have been more upfront or friendly. Yes, I had to wait as a new patient but I expected that. Yesterday we had our first appointment, it was such a wonderful thing to walk in and every single person at the front desk was friendly as could be. Our dog has major anxiety and will fear bite, Dr Erin and her assistant worked with our dog very gently, patiently, lovingly and understanding. They listened to our concerns, but most importantly, they put our dog first. We were even able to move up our 2nd dogs future appointment since she needs prescription food & meds. Please, you may have to wait, you may have to put down a deposit, as a new patient, the deposit gets applied to your appointment. We left our previous vet because our other dog was very ill and there was no guidance when we needed it most. I hope nobody has to go through that, I only wish I had found Keystone sooner. I am overwhelmed with every single person I encountered at Keystone and could not be more grateful. Pets are family and Keystone will treat both humans and pets as such.

Keystone Vet including all of the associates, as well as the wonderful doctors, hands down provides above and beyond professional yet empathetic care. I was a nervous wreck taking my baby boy (6 month old Kitty) to get his neutering this morning but from start to end I felt nothing but secure and confident leaving my baby in their care. They know what they're doing and are very intelligent with answering any and all questions. My boy is home and acting like nothing even happened to him today! I'm utterly impressed. Also shout out to the front office staff there. I wish I knew all your names but having you listen to me and talk me through it all - THANK YOU! you were the angels I needed today and you helped my emotional state tremendously. I love the talks we had today! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU Keystone, the world needs more of you.

My husband and I moved to Stow a while ago, but needed to find a better clinic to establish our two kitties who recently became ill at the same time. We were so unsatisfied and discouraged with other places around the area. After an emergency trip to MedVet, Keystone was the only clinic willing to help us the very next day, and we are so grateful they could. I had been reading about their clinic for a while and I will tell you, all the positive reviews are true.

I've seen Dr. Christie, Dr. Eileen, and Dr. Erin so far, and they have each gone above and beyond for my cats. They are insanely thorough and I feel like I get a good value for the care my cats receive. I would and will never take them anywhere else. From the flexibility of scheduling, to the relaxed environment, to the follow up calls, to the cost preparedness and dealing with my anxious cat and my own anxious self, these ladies are just incredible and I am so grateful for their help! They actually take the time to listen and express interest in our concerns and conditions. They treat the animals they see like their own. Not to mention the ladies at the front desk are just the absolute loveliest.
