Queens Public Library at Ridgewood

I would love for this place to be open on Sundays it would be my dream come true as a working adult. Maybe one day but with the new mayor cutting the libraries funding while the cops spend that funding in one hour of police work just standing on a subway platform on their phones it’s unlikely that it will. But if there’s anyone out there that hears this please open on Sundays! Thank you !

Went in for a knitting class, my first time joining in on their activities. Made new friends and the staff was wonderful.

Great library, nice staff. Been going here for years and have never had a problem with them. Sometimes there will be obnoxious middle-schoolers or teenagers that may be a bit loud, but otherwise it is very nice. They have a lot of books and are happy to request a book from another branch if they don’t have it!

Good selection of books and other media. Wide range of services available, including computers and tablets. Excellent Children's room & Activities. Great programs for all ages.

It's an amazing library

Great book sale.

They often have books sales with great deals. I don't have a library card but my wife does and she often gets books from here. Long live the love of reading real books!

Great library all around. Only problem is if you want peace and quiet try to go before school gets out. The kids are really noisy and librarians don't kick them out, like when I was a child.

Great news the library is open hooray 😀 but for to go service only which means you can reserve books online and come by and pick it up great news for college students or any students I believe the hours are 10-5 and its better than no service so here's to a start

I went to P.S. 93, across from this library and lived in the house directly next to the library. I watched them build it in 1937-38. We rented. The land lady's name was McGinley. I used the broken angels heads (which were used to trim the building) for chalk. I Learned to love libraries and reading from attending this one. Thank you NYC Dept. of libraries!!! Audrey M. Good place for teens and kids which it’s what it’s intended to be but if your some adult then they do have a section above but there’s mostly noice downstairs.

If u mess a up a book u have to to up to 2 or 3 dollars and during summer u get to use their wii and.u can play Minecraft on the computers

Great staff...love their homework help time they have.for I.s. 93 and other schools..and all the helpful tips and programs to better yourself...plus great staff
