Jelly donuts are the best ever! One bite and you'll be hooked (creme and plain are good too 😀). If you want an exceptional loaf of bread, look no further. Crispy crust, fluffy interior, simply delicious. Not just a bakery. Biagio's has breakfast/lunch, caters and a BYOB restaurant adjacent to the bakery. Great local small business!

Amazing breads, pastries, and even dinner! We've been going to Biagio's for the home made prosciutto bread (a favorite) and all of the amazing pastries. Recently we've started to go to dinner for date nights on Saturday. It's a very pleasant and quiet atmosphere with Biagio stopping by himself to see how things are. A hidden gem in the middle of Stirling. Always a good thing to get your donuts from the same place you see the local PD getting them!!!

The Pine nut cookies were amazing and the bread keeps me coming back! I plan to try the restaurant soon.

I just had the most AMAZING Italian Jelly Donut " Bambalone" at Biagio's... It tasted like it was made with Zeppole Dough rather than the plain old jelly donut...This place has an amazing bakery as well as making authentic Italian sandwiches

Went there for pastries, authentic Italian, absolutely delightful.

Local Baker makes good! Carmela and Biago are both skilled in the food service industry, serving delicious fresh made breads, specialty Italian food, and hot full bodied coffee. The cakes and cookies are always available or can be made to order. HINT..On Sunday, the yeast donuts of your childhood can be bought in the AM.. if you are lucky they may still be a few for lunch. Cream, Jelly and cinnamon powder

we ordered the italian w/ italian vinagrette and chicken cutlet & bacon sandwich for lunch. both were incredible and the cookie, brownie and donuts were even better. treat yourself, you’ll be happy you did

If you have the opportunity to go here, you won’t be disappointed. This is our favorite sport for so many things - bread (the panella and the cranberry walnut), chicken cutlet sandwiches, the donuts (!!), great coffee, Italian cookies 🤤 The owners and staff are lovely. Don’t miss it - this place is a hidden gem!

Pastries and desserts are so good. Nice lunch menu with lots of tasty sandwiches and salads. I had the Chicken Parm but the Biagio sloppy Joe looked so good, I'll get that next time. I'm looking forward to having dinner there. It's BYOB and the dining room seems nice.

I had a very nice dinner at Biagios. The owner went above and beyond, was very kind, friendly, and welcoming. Pretty much what I look for when I go out to eat. The food was amazing too. I ordered chicken cutlet and it was prepared well. They also have a pastry section with a great selection of Italian desserts. Id definitely recommend Biagios

Family enjoyed the delicious gluten-free, organic selections, and the warm and welcoming hospitality. The pumpkin cheesecake was outrageous and the bread is just divine. Thank you Carmela and Biagio, this is Definitely our go to café going forward!!

This place is the business. I've actually not been for dinner yet but have stopped in to pick up lunch and bread numerous times. They make really good italian style sandwiches, with fresh ingredients. Baked goods are all top notch - from the bread down to the cookies and sweets. I gave them feedback on a baked good and they custom made me one, which was nice. I'll be a regular here for years (hopefully)!

EDIT: I've now been for dinner and it's great.

Our new favorite bakery!!! We moved locally and are so lucky to have this bakery nearby. They are family owned and are so nice. We had a sandwich and cookies for dessert. Can't wait to come back!!!
