ShopRite of Stirling

I'm almost 92 yrs old and love this store. Been going there since 1999 when I moved into this area. My 67 yr old daughter & her husband and son also shop here. My only complaint is sometimes they're out of eggplant and/or fresh parsley/basil.

World Class Produce Dept, all-around terrific experience throughout the store !!!

This is a Villsge Foods store, not like any of the others in the Franchise. The others are a disaster,Blue Star(being remodeled ) Garwood, who creates hazards in the store & rarely has what you want, Springfield, forget about it. Now I live in FAR HILLS went to B'ville store, terrible produce, sea food has been out of the Ocean way too long, meat case is lacking but lots of Dairy, won't go back rather drive 20miles round trip to STERLING, clean spacious well run stocked to the 9s. If U can't find it ,it dosent exist, employees are happy & most willing to help. One thing I wish you would consider is accepting the United Health Care OTC Card for grocery. It would be most appreciated, by us older & disabled.

Very large grocery store with all the departments you would expect to find (meat, seafood, produce, bakery, deli, florist) plus a large organic section with fresh made foods and a mini convenience store to make picking up essential items quicker. Also you can pre order and they will pick out your items and have them waiting for you to pick up!

Standard classic grocery store w all the usual expected items and extensive produce section.

I can get lost in this store because of the mass selection. I love their layout with all the produce and seafood on the right side the pharmacy in the middle, and the rest on the left. Prices are “rite” and I’ve shopped here long enough to know that my food will be fresh as well. They have a sushi bar and hot food selection which are decent, and they always have sale on meat.

Great selections and very kids friendly

This store is bigger then it looks. It has a huge produce/freashly made to-go section. A great organic/vegan/gluten-free section. Prices with the card are good. I went in the middle of the day on a weekday and it wasn't that busy but I hear it gets really crowded during peak hours so if you can avoid those. The employees were really nice and helpful.

Three quick observations.
First, they have a great seafood department.
Second, checkout is always faster than my local Stop & Shop. The parking lot may look crowded, but checkout is fast.
Third, not the best source for ingredients for asian cuisine

In this time of lack of sanitization products, I've found some in this store everytime I go. The store is big and we'll organized, with wide hallways. The only thing I didn't like is that people is not very polite, I'm talking about customers that don't respect the social distancing, they are rushing all the time and don't care if they supposed to walk in only one way in the hallways. Employees, in the other side, are very kind and respectful.

This ShopRite in Stirling is one of the extra large supermarkets in the area. Great selections of hot foods, salads, and deli delites, along with many lower priced name and store brands. Very popular area supermarket, and the service is good. ShopRite, I've found, generally has better food pricing than other area competition. In 2018, the supermarket's parking lot was completely re-surfaced, allowing also for designated return empty carts locations. I've noticed only two cart return locations, which does not seem enough. as a result, empty shopping carts do continue to be left throughout the parking lot. Nevertheless, the exterior of the supermarket look a lot better, and parking made easier.

My favorite supermarket. Clean, spacious, and the people working are always helpful and friendly. I usually go off times because the lot can be a zoo, but they always have enough cashiers so it's not bad inside. I wouldn't say the the produce is ok, not the best, but never bad either.

The setup of this store is sort if weird. The produce, and fish feels like it is in a different store, but the food was fresh. The seafood is reasonably priced and the staff were helpful. There is also a juice bar, a sushi bar and some bulk items. I'll go there regularly.

My go-to grocery store in Long Hill! Great produce section, and plenty of allergen-friendly options too, including gluten free, soy free, and vegan products.

Since the remodel a year or so ago - this ShopRite has become a fantastic store. Always very clean, employees extremely helpful, shelves well stocked. They have a nice fresh food section, with sandwiches (made to order), hot foods, sushi, salad bar, etc. They have a really good organic section with lots of Enjoy Life, Udi's and other allergy friendly brands.

Love it here. So happy they took the stand up displays out of the aisles so people can move easier.
Also glad they're bringing in healthy alternatives throughout the store. I FINALLY found dried pineapple without added sugar!!! Usually had to go to Trader Joe's for this, but not anymore!!!

I am there weekly and encounter a pleasant and helpful staff. Shelves are fully stocked and fresh produce is always available.

The home made ricotta meatballs are amazing!

Great store, really nice bakery and vegetables/fruit section with a very extensive salad and olive bar. Generally reasonable prices if you have a shop rite card. This store is typically very busy.

I love shoprite. A little while back they redid the store. Now when you walk in it always smells good, it's bright, clean and it's really large. The only thing I should suggest is to bring a sweater that trend to keep it really cold in there.

Amazing Shoprite! Very large and always busy. A beautiful deli with huge hot food and salad bars. Really clean, too! If you can't find it here, you don't need it!!
