I called Bob in a panic at 4:30 PM when my gas heater stopped working this week. I don't do well in the cold and was running out of hope that I'd be able to get anyone out to my home same day. Bob promptly called me back and sent his technician, Ben, who was friendly and polite. I cannot recommend Mahan Plumbing enough. They are consummate, responsive professionals which is incredibly rare in the home services industry. Thank you, Bob!

This is the first time I rate and write a review for a service company. We found our central air was not working in a three days 90F weather. I called Mahan and Bob sent the technician (Ben) the same day to our house and quickly identified the potential issues. It turned out the issue is related to our electrical panel and wiring to the central air. Ben referred me to their electrician partner and later came back to ensure the unit is working properly with ZERO diagnostic fee. I would highly recommend Bob and his team. The project I wanted to undertake ended up being outside my budget, but their plumber still provided a free, in-home estimate, worked with my schedule, was kind, courteous, and very neat (considering he was looking into a septic issue for me).

I have used them several times over the years. They are always kind, professional, friendly, I never feel like I am being overcharged or talked down to. They are the only plumber I use.

I was very pleased with Bob and company. They were very efficient,courtious and nice to deal with. Their prices were reasonable too. Would recommend them to my friends.
