I was and still am beyond satisfied with my purchase and it was a great pleasure to work with this dealership. My vehicle needed a screen replacement which i don’t think was the dealerships fault but they fixed on time/ on schedule like they assured me they would. Great group of people to do business with and their selection of vehicles are dope.

The amount of dealerships that advertise one price online and then you get to the place and they jack up the price ….. Zoom auto groups is not one of those places. The price was to the point and did not waste my time like other places did.

I believe this is the first time I have ever commented on a business. I am doing so because of the above-and-beyond service I received from Steve, Paul and everyone else at Zoom Auto. I purchased the car through Bring a Trailer and went to pick it up at their dealership. The deal was done and I expected them to simply hand me the keys. No, they gave me a master class over the next few hours on everything they thought I should know about the car, how to maintain it, what to do and, importantly, what not to do. They could not have been more generous with their time. When I noted another great car on their lot, they took me out for a test drive. I thought I was simply going to Zoom Auto to hand over a check, but they generously treated me to first class service as if I was one of their oldest customers. And the car was impeccable, I should add. But it is the service that I consider remarkable. We should all be so lucky to come across a bunch of folks that genuinely love cars and want to share their love with you. Do I recommend Zoom Auto? You bet I do. Best car buying experience I have ever had. Given the chance, I would only buy cars from Zoom Auto. I hope to have the chance again one day (soon).

Hands down the best car buying experience I had thus far. My wife and I were greeted by Paul at the door of Zoom Auto and could not have had a better experience and were treated with respect the entire time. Paul was very patient, knowledgeable, understanding and never came across of telling you what you wanted to hear for the sake of closing a deal. Paul went over the entire process with a fine tooth comb and made sure every detail was accounted for and was patient and understanding from every question that we asked regarding the car. Everything from the test drive to the financing was done in a fashion to make us comfortable every step of the way with zero rush and zero pressure. This is my first time buying a used car and Zoom Auto Group made my experience so much better. Allen, the salesperson, is very honest and upfront with me with everything about the car. Fantastic experience at Zoom Auto Group, and absolutely love our car! Allen and Paul were direct and honest. Unlike many other 3rd party used car dealers, this place doesn't charge additional made-up fees, the online price (which we thought was very competitive) is truly what you pay. They helped me arrange a pre-purchase vehicle inspection with a local mechanic, which gave me great confidence in purchasing this used vehicle from them. Paul later helped me with out-of-state vehicle registration, going above and beyond. Will absolutely come to this team again for any future vehicle purchases!

If I can double the stars I would. It was the best car buying experience for me. Paul and Allan are the best sells persons they don't look down at you if you don't have credit they help instead and make you feel very comfortable. Hassle free the price in the internet is the same as in the store no hidden fees. I highly recommend them to anyone that need a chance to build a good credit or to any first buyers.

It was our plan to lease a new car for our youngest but then the world changed and prices to lease or buy new cars soared. So, we decided to look at pre-owned. The prices and attitudes at the dealerships were unacceptable so we did our due diligence and found our way to Zoom Auto Group.
Simply put, from the beginning of the streamlined process to the end, we were treated with respect and decency. Allen, Paul and Steve answered all questions promptly and with complete transparency. There were none of the typical high pressure tactics that are the norm for this industry. It was very refreshing. We purchased a beautiful car at a fair price with tailored and reasonable financing.

I made an appointment a day before. When I came the car was READY to go. They were open about the battery, and told me that it would be replaced right away in case I were to purchase the car. First of all, the car is a candy. Low mileage, sport vehicle in mint condition (the car is 13 years old). Al and Paul were very helpful and educational because it was my first time financing a vehicle. They were very honest. Paul broke everything down for me in financial department, explaining me what's better to do in my situation. I had been to other dealerships, and the places were shady and staff wasn't friendly, but I felt welcomed here, they have cozy atmosphere and good coffee machine. We recently bought our car from Paul. From start to finish he was extremely professional and knowledgeable while truly empathizing with us. We were in a rental for almost a month and desperate to find a new car asap. Paul stayed late consecutive nights with us (which from experience, it’s rare you see this) and truly helped manage the entire process for us.
