The Melting Pot

My wife and I came on our 19th wedding anniversary, which fell on a Tuesday. We did not have a reservation and were seated immediately. The place was fairly empty, which is no surprise on a Tuesday night at 7 pm.

Our server, Sierra, was friendly and gave us a chance to look at the menu.

We started with the Classic Alpine Cheese Fondue. It came with different bread pieces, apple pieces, carrots, celery, and broccoli. The bread was definitely the best thing to dip in the cheese.

For salad, my wife ordered California, and I had the House. Both were good but we were looking forward to the main course.

There is a QR code that you scan that takes you to food timers so you can keep track of what you're cooking. A great idea!

We ordered the Pacific Rim and the Land and Sea, which came with steak, chicken, duck, shrimp, salmon, ahi tuna, and pot stickers. The crusted steak was the best. Amazingly tender and so flavorful. Also came with a tray of mushrooms, potatoes, and broccoli. There were six sauces that complemented the meat and veggies.

Best for last was the dessert. We asked for dark chocolate with peanut butter. It came with a tray of sweets and fruits to dip into the chocolate peanut butter. And Sierra, our server, was so sweet. She brought a plate with "Happy Anniversary" drizzled in chocolate. It was such a great ending to a great meal.

The only knock I have on the evening, which is very very minor, is that the floors were sticky (I assume from the grease). Other than that, a great evening celebrating with my wife.

Simon is an incredible server ; he really made our Easter dinner wonderful! Our food was great, everything tasted wonderful, and Simon was extremely personable. He explained the menu and all of our food very well, he was attentive without being overbearing, he was personable, and we’d return again and request him as a server! Overall a wonderful choice for Easter and we will be back!

My wife and I celebrated our anniversary once again. It is a bit on the expensive side but is more than worth it. Service was excellent and the food is very tasty. It doesn't look like you get much, but we never leave hungry.

We dined at The Melting Pot for my dad's birthday. 10/10 recommend! I hadn't been in a few years, and it was the perfect venue for an intimate celebration. Our waiter, Alex, was extremely attentive, helpful, and made our evening so much fun! The Wisconsin cheese fondue appetizer was on point!! My parents and I all chose different protein choices for our entrees, so we all traded a bite or two each, so we had one of everything. And the classic chocolate fondue dessert did not disappoint. I highly recommend The Melting Pot for any celebration!

I have nothing but praise for this restaurant. Both the food and service were excellent. Our server, Isaac, took good care of my brother and I and made a very late Christmas present from my brother special. I would come back just for the dessert, but if you're a fan of Cheese, Chocolate, and Meat, you will not be disappointed.

We did the Wisconsin Aged Cheese, the Mojo Broth for cooking, and the plain chocolate for dessert. In addition, we ordered two pieces of the caramel sea salt cheesecake which was a steal at $4. The 'Big Night Out' option is definitely worth it in my opinion.

Their bacon parmesan salad was one of my favorite parts of the meal and I rarely eat salad.

Had a great evening and left full! Simon our server was on point, explained every step to us all was very attentive and never let us needing a thing. Thanks Simon for everything!!

Took my girlfriend here for her birthday, it was her first time here and she loved it! I have been to other locations and they have all done a fantastic job no matter the table size.

Our waiter was very helpful and friendly because my girlfriend had a lot of questions on the menu. It can be difficult to understand but just ask your server, they are knowledgeable and there to help!

It might not seem like a lot of food when you order it but it adds up quick! Careful not to fill up too much on the bread and cheese! You have got to make it to the chocolate fondue. It is a perfect way to end the evening.

Plan to spend a good two hours here, just relax and have fun!

The Melting Pot is one of our absolute favorites! We try to make it here a few times per year. This visit was incredible! Annmarie did such an incredible job! She was very prompt on her service! She went the extra mile the whole time and never once had a problem with helping out! She was extremely personable and funny to talk to! She did an excellent job explaining everything to us! Annmarie did such an amazing job and we cannot thank her enough for all her wonderful service during our meal!

We had a great time enjoying the vegan cheese fondue a month ago! Cierra our server was attentive as well as knowledgeable about the vegan options for each course. Can’t wait to dine here again!

We had guests in town visiting and had made reservations. When we arrived we asked to be seated at a table instead of a booth, for one of our guests it was easier to be seated in a chair. Even though they had already set up our table at a booth, they were able to accommodate us and moved everything to our new table. We were very grateful. Then our waiter was extremely patient, kind and funny. Our food was delicious and filling as always. No one could completely finish their meal. But at the same time no one wanted to leave anything either. A fabulous time was had by all. We'll be back. Oh and for one person it was the first time they ever visited a Melting Pot, she has such a good time! Thank you!

Amazing food and awesome service. This is a great place to go for a work outing or just in general. The service was quick and they brought out the next course right away. It was fun cooking the food yourself. This is a great place to celebrate a special occasion. It is kind of hard to find the entrance because it is on the second floor but it is well worth is

My partner and I came for Thursdate and had a lovely time. The food was all delicious and I loved the vibe.

Service was good too except towards the end after we paid. We weren’t able to get our drinks refilled after that so we left a little thirsty.

Another caveat is that it is a bit pricey - cost about $160 in total with taxes and tip. But I do think for the most part it was worth it.

As a family of 5, dining here was fabulous! Their management has recently changed and the service is phenomenal! Our waitress, Sierra, was amazing, walked us through the menu and accommodated to our dietary needs (as we don’t eat pork or drink wine.) The kids loves the food and the experience. We left with a smile on our faces! A must try for a special occasion!

From the moment we walked in Sierra (our server) made us feel like we were her only guests. We had been there before but she treated us like brand new royalty. She explained the menu, the process and the pricing. We had some allergy questions and Sierra knew the answers and made us feel secure. She sold us on the charcuterie board and the salads. She was patient with my boys and was polite and calm when they asked her every question in the book. We come almost every year for Isaiah’s birthday and she was grateful we chose her restaurant. All in all it was a solid five star experience for us.

First time at the Melting Pot. My son made reservations. We were seated promptly in a booth for 2. Plenty of space. We chose the complete dinner for 2 with Pacific Rim and Steak Lovers entrees. It was fun to cook the meat ourselves in the fondue broth! We finished the meal with the flaming turtle. The entire experience took 2.5 hours. It was fun and the food was good!

Twice a month we go out and try new places, as a large group. This month was the melting pot. Our waiter was phenomenal he even put up with all our shenanigans. He was a blast.
The restaurant atmosphere was wonderful it was clean, as was the bathroom.
The alcoholic drinks were wonderful and even suggestions that he made for spot on for each person. It's almost like the waiter knew us personally.
If we could complain about anything it would be that it was a little slow in the service it almost took us 3 hours to get out which was a little long for us. But we enjoyed our time there and would definitely do it again.

Very good food. We make sure to go every time we’re gifted the chocolate covered strawberries for your birthday. It is a bit pricey.

The ultimate romantic dinner experience to share with your loved one. It is a little pricey, but the experience and ambiance of it makes it worth the extra paid. I brought my wife here after church for her birthday and she was elated. I highly recommend this place. Sidenote, Sierra is an excellent waitress and will ensure you enjoy every aspect of your meal.

Ann Marie provided us with some of the best customer service that we have ever received at any place! The food was incredible! She provided us with detailed information about the menu, cooking times, and suggestions. All is exceptional! If you want the full experience you will ask for Ann!

This was a first time for us to celebrate my husbands birthday, it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. With the hostess, waiter, all of it. Will definitely be back in the future!
