Gentle Dental have multiple treatment rooms including the rest room that is emaculate on every visit. I'm ushered in no time to get my business done I felt bad on my next visit I will be making a payment. The team is very professional and courteous and have my best interest at heart. The Gentle Dental staff is very professional, friendly and makes you feel at ease. The rooms are clean and they clearly explain the treatment. I am a patient for more than 5 years and I highly recommend this office.

I had my first appointment at Gentle Dental on 12/28/23 and I couldn't be happier!! I came in for a cleaning, and from the moment I stepped into the office I felt so comfortable. The entire staff - from the receptionist, to the hygienist, assistant and dentist were all top notch! They made my visit so worthwhile.... I absolutely had the BEST cleaning I've ever experienced. They have gained a forever patient! I recommend this dental office! Hands down 10/10!

I had my first appointment at Gentle Dental today and as silly as this may sound, it was the best dental visit I've ever had in my life. The office space itself is lovely: fresh and clean and new looking. I was greeted very warmly as soon as I walked in. And everyone took very good care of me from start to finish. This is absolutely my dental office from now on.

The experience was one I’ve never had at the dentist before. They showed me around the facility, told me about the state of the art technology they have and the process of my visit. Most importantly they took so much care and patience with my 2 year old. Especially Eunice, she was so gentle with her and kind. She let me know it’s normal for toddlers to be afraid first dental visit so it may take a few tries before she is comfortable. But overall the experience was amazing. Thank you Gentle Dental, most importantly thank you to your great staff!

Beautiful environment. Very professional. Excellent bedside manner. Sought to make the experience as pain-free as possible. On my second procedure I felt even more comfortable because the nurse appeared to be just as knowledgeable as the doctor performing the procedure.

My first visit to Gentle Dental was great! The entire staff was incredibly welcoming, and the facility itself was amazing. Dr. Park, my dentist, was highly professional and thorough in explaining both the procedure and its details. Choosing to get a root canal done at Gentle Dental was a great decision, and I'm grateful for receiving the right treatment. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this practice to my friends and family!

It’s really nice to finally find a dentist that shows professionalism and care to their patients. It’s been really hard finding the right dentist that is also trustworthy. My mom previously went to a horrible dentist and she suffered from tooth pain for almost a year because they kept insisting that nothing was wrong. After experiencing that, I was being extra careful to find the right dentist and I’m so glad I was able to find Gentle Dental. The staff and the doctor were all really kind to both me and my mom and they explained everything very throughly even when I asked a ton of questions. They didn’t rush us or judge us. Thank you Gentle Dental!! :)

This was the best ever experience I’ve ever had at a dentist. The entire team at Gentle Dental were phenomenal and made me feel beyond welcome and appreciative for my selection. If you’re looking for an exceptionally clean practice with the most talented dental team and state of the art hi-tech equipment, look no further. The entire experience from making an appointment to express checkin (online intake forms) which saved a ton of paperwork upon arrival, was all compelling. My dentist and dental assistant + hygienist were awesome. I had originally booked my appointment due to a crack in my tooth. They gave me a great filling which matched the original tooth so it’s hardly noticeable unless you really get up and close. I was blown away at the attention to detail the dental team showed me and the recommendation to enhance my dental hygiene were exceptional too!

I’ve finally found the type of dental team I’ve longed to find for most, if not all my adult life. Look no further Gentle Dental is the one!

Friendly and professional staff. They have supportive dental assistants to assist and support all around. The dental hygienist was extremely patient and knowledgeable in handling my issues with hyper gag reflex and extremely sensitive gums while performing the cleaning. They were also able to fit me in their busy schedule for two composite fillings by Dr. Gelfand- no pain! Great job to the whole team and highly recommend.

Very nice and inviting professional staff , decor is very nice and clean. Pricey, but all high tech imaging equipment. Highly recommend.

Excellent place; from the girls at reception to the coordinator very welcoming warm place. Dr Park is very compassionate knowledgeable down to earth dentist. His mannerisms making the patient comfortable explaining procedures answering the questions were all to be appreciated no doubt.

Exceptional service!!! In a heart beat I wouldn’t hesitate to return this facility. As a new patient, I had a great walk thru tour if the facility. Great staff. Friendly & extremely helpful. Unfortunately I do not have dental insurance & was denied care credit. I need assistance whereby I can pay monthly & this facility does not offer a third option for payment besides care credit and a 20% discount. So I am still seeking financial assistance. Great place, doctor and staff.

Broke a part off of my tooth Friday night 3/15 at the movie theater eating popcorn. I had to leave for a business trip on Sunday and would not be back until the following Saturday. Needed to take care of my broken tooth. My own dentist's website stated that he had office hours on Saturday from 8 to 2. Woke up early and went to my dentist office but was not open on Saturday at all. Googled dentists in Bayside that were open on a Saturday. Found Gentle Dental and made an appointment immediately. What a fantastic experience I had at Gentle Dental. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by the receptionist Nicole, friendly and professional. I did not have to wait long and after filling out forms, I was ushered into the dental exam room. Indira was my dental assistant, detailed oriented, professional and advised me every step of the process. Then the dentist came in, Dr. Park, smart, funny, knowledgeable and explained to me what my next steps were pertaining to my broken tooth. He stated that he did not know whether I needed a crown or a root canal and would not know until he drilled. Prior to him commencing any work in my mouth, the treatment coordinator came in, Olga and explained the cost upfront. That is so refreshing. You get the treatment cost prior to the dentist doing the work. After I approved the work, Dr. Park started to work on my tooth. What a phenomenal job he did on my tooth. He gave me the good news that I did not need a root canal and we were going with the crown (cheaper than the root canal). Then I met Oleg, a dental assistant but in reality, he is a dentist for the past 8 years in Ukraine and came to the U.S. for freedom. Unfortunately, the U.S. does not recognize reciprocity, otherwise Oleg would have been practicing dentistry. He made sure my temporary crown fit perfectly until the permanent crown was being made which would not be ready for two weeks. All the staff at Gentle Dental were friendly, personable, experienced, highly qualified, excellent, thorough, detail oriented, professional, knowledgeable, and had a wonderful bedside manner. What I also liked about this place besides the staff is that they will not push unnecessary dental work and charge you for it. They are honest and upfront about the cost and about the work you need in your mouth. I highly recommend Gentle Dental to all.

Gentle Dental is a modern and an excellent dental practice. I’m always confident in the care I receive. Dr. Greg Gelfand did an implant surgery with his assistant Victoria and both were very attentive while assuring me that all was going well during and after the procedure. I highly recommend the practice of Gentle Dental. Everyone is kind and caring. I have been with this practice over a decade. Best Wishes for a healthy, prosperous, and joyful New Year in 2024.

I had not seen a dentist in over a year and today I made my first visit to this office. I was impressed by its size and cleanliness. The support staff was friendly and professional. I had a thorough and pain-free cleaning and a complete set of X-rays were taken. I wanted missing and/or broken teeth replaced and met with Dr. Gelfand who had a very nice manner. He had seen my X-rays and clearly explained the various options for replacing teeth. Afterwards, in a private area, I met with a woman who discussed the price of the various options and how my private insurance reduced the cost of treatment. The visit was a good experience and am going ahead with treatment.

I’ve been going to gentle dental for several years. I am NOT the easiest patient but everyone there is soooo patient with me. They make me feel comfortable and they ease a bit of my anxieties. Not to mention the place is very clean, modern, professional with state of the art equipment. Highly recommend. Definitely recommend.

My third time getting significant dental work at Gentle Dental. I could not be more satisfied with the whole experience and the final results. Both the dentists and dental hygienists do impecable work, from the meticulous cleaning to the perfectly fitted crown. First the front desk greets you in a friendly manner and attend to you as soon as they can. Once you are escorted to your treatment room the assistants work diligently to set you up, making the wait time pleasant. Their quality of work always surpasses my expectations. I will continue to come back and recommend them to my friends and family.
