Joe at the White Plains N.Y. location was extremely friendly and approachable. Very knowledgeable regarding products and services especially as it pertains to the operating system within the iPhone devices etc. Joe was very professional and efficient! Outstanding Customer Service!

Great customer service and experience everytime I visit. The sales rep are very nice and knowledgeable. Ok he manager Saul is a pleasure to work with. If you have att and you are in the westchester area this is the place you need to come. If your thinking about switching to att this is the store you need to come visit they will take care of you.

My phone was not working and I went to the store in white plains, and Joe was very kind and helpful.

The representative (so sorry I didn’t catch her name) at the store was personable, attentive, knowledgeable and understanding.

I came in with an issue at the end of what I think had been a very long day for both of us and she quickly and efficiently solved my problem exactly the way I wanted it resolved

I was there about a week ago and I was well accommodated. Octavio was a great sales rep to work with and explained everything thoroughly to me. Will definitely go back to him!

Just bought the new iPhone 13 Pro for myself and Mini for my wife. When you think about it, every AT&T Store sells exactly the same products and services. What makes the White Plains Store different is the folks working at the store are so friendly, knowledgeable and super helpful.
