Titan Siding and Roofing

It's so refreshing to deal with a company that's fair & honest. Randy & Tony are true professionals, the products they install are quality & their crews are skilled. Titan recently did the windows & siding on my mother's house and did an excellent job! She couldn't be more pleased. I'd recommend Titan to anyone.

Titan Siding and Roofing were very professional and easy to work with. They completed the whole job of house and garage in two and a half days. The new gutters were put on the following afternoon in a couple of hours. Clean up and removal of all old siding was completed efficiently. We are very pleased with the team that completed the job and would highly recommend them.

The entire Titan team from start to finish completely exceeded my expectations. Knowledgeable, professional and just top of the line service. My roof and gutters are beautiful! I would like to especially thank Alex for rebuilding my dormers on site even though it was not part of the original plan. The wood was really bad and couldn't be salvaged. The Titan Siding workers were very professional and polite. They arrived punctually and performed an excellent quality work. They put the siding on my two story house, including extra trimming around the garage and laundry room doors. The whole work took them two days to complete. The workers were very professional and detail oriented. They were responsive to all my questions and always smiling (despite the super hot weather :) ). The quality of both the siding and its application to the house are excellent. The workers were careful not to disturb my plants and they cleaned up the whole area after they finished the work. I couldn't be happier. I give them my highest recommendation.

Titan replaced our roof and from start to finish they were professional, courteous, and thorough. Owners Tony and Randy were quick to reply to phone calls or texts. Sean and the roofing crew arrived on the hottest day of the summer, with heat indexes over 100 degrees. This crew was amazing and worked like a well-oiled machine. They protected our landscaping and covered our hot tub with a quilted tarp and plywood. They worked hard and cleaned up thoroughly afterward. They replaced our skylight, flashing, removed box vents, and installed ridge vents. Sean even extended our downspout from above our garage which was not in our original bid. Top quality materials were installed by skilled workers who took pride in their work; it was refreshing to see a crew with such a solid work ethic and team attitude. Titan has a 10 year guarantee on workmanship in addition to the manufacturer's warrantees on roofing products. They choose their work crews carefully and I'm sure we will have this solidly installed roof for many years to come.

I could not be happier with the work Titan did on my vinyl siding installation and new gutters. They fulfilled the project as described in their proposal and were always prompt and courteous. The quality of the workmanship is excellent. And the project was completed in the amount of time as planned. I highly recommend.

HIgh quality sales, service and installation. The entire "Titan Team" was top notch. They made the entire process easy and transparent- no hidden fees. I hired Titan Roofing and Siding ~ Randy the co-owner responded to my request and arrived the following morning. He had with him roof measurements and product samples ~ I asked him for several references and he sent me over 7 ~

I went to all of the houses and the job's looked perfect. The price was very competitive using the same materials other vendors specified.

After looking at the reference properties I hired Titan,

They originally told me they were 2.5 weeks behind. About a week later I was called and a scheduled job needed to be moved so they asked if they could do my roof early. I approved ~

They showed up at 7am ~ had the old roof off by 8am ~ had the roof under seal by 10:30 and started the shingles shortly afterwards.

The crews were very respectful of all our property ~ they covered everything ~ after the job was finished they spent nearly an hour with a six member team cleaning the entire yard.

Their attention to detail was amazing ~ their work is unmatched and their ethics an integrity are beyond measure. They do what they say when they say it ~ Truly refreshing to work with Titan ~ I'll be calling them for Siding and Windows Soon....

We had an amazing experience with Titan. They came out within a couple of days to give us a quote, which was reasonable and within our budget. Our new roof was installed a few days later, and the crew was professional, efficient and courteous. They cleaned up our yard and did all of the installation and cleanup in seven hours! We didn’t know what to expect, but Titan made this entire process flawless and stress-free. They came highly recommended in one of our online neighborhood groups and I can see why. We are very pleased and absolutely love our new roof!

The guys at Titan were great to work with. Competitive prices and quality work. They put on a new roof for me, as well as new siding, soffit, aluminum wrapping, gutters and installed new shutters for me. I had a pleasant experience interacting with all of the various crews that came to my house. They completed the work quickly but without sacrificing quality. I'm very satisfied with the work they did for me, and pleased that they didn't try to nickel and dime me for add-on costs, after the work was done. I was invoiced the same amount I agreed to before the job started. I'd recommend Titan to anyone.

This is my first ever review I'm writing on Google, and I felt compelled to come write about Titan. Since we've moved into our house we've had plenty of contractors come out, give us estimates, and either show up late to scheduled appointments, not finish their jobs, or never call me back again. Tony and Randy at Titan are fantastic, the project manager and the project team that was at my house was great. I even worked with someone who helped me get set up on their website, and do three things really well:

1. They communicate with you throughout the entire process. They let you know when they are showing up, who is going to be there, how a job is going to be performed. When I had questions throughout the process, they had answers - I was never left hanging.
2. They stick to everything they say they are going to do - they are honest. Their communications are trustworthy because what they say is going to happen is what happens.
3. They do really great work. I had my full roof replaced after a big storm hit. They did the whole job over the course of a day, and the entire yard was SPOTLESS by the time they left. The roof looks really nice too, but that was a given.

If I need siders and roofers in the future, Titan will be the first place I call. Honestly, I'll probably call them for recommendations on contractors or companies to reach out for on jobs they don't cover (things like electric, plumbing, etc.) because they are just genuinely good people who want to make sure their customers have the best experience possible and I trust that I'd get a very good recommendation.

It started with Randy come out and giving me a detailed written estimate on the spot. After reviewing several estimates, we decided on Titan. Randy called got us on the schedule for this week, and informed us Shawn would be the project manager, Edwin would be our crew leader. These guys and gal, yes I said gal showed up at sunrise. Talk about working machines, Edwin did some fine metal work cutting the flashing and grouting it in the brick. You read reviews about crews not cleaning up. These guys did a great job of getting thing picked up. Over all GREAT JOB! I don't do reviews for anybody, but I think Titan made it a easy experience. Tony, you got great people working for you!
