Papa Johns Pizza

I recently placed an order (whilst drunk) for carryout… rather than delivery. As soon as i noticed my mistake, i called the store and spoke to a lady named Ash. She was super friendly and understanding, and was able to switch my order from carryout to delivery for me. When i say she was friendly, i mean she was SUPER pleasant to talk to and did not once make me feel like a buffoon for my mistake. She was eager to help in the situation and very knowledgeable about the process itself. Solid worker 10/10

Once my delivery arrived, it was through a third party delivery service. The driver(s) were very friendly as well and took great care of my order! I wanted to add a tip but was unable to in my mobile app since my order was switched from carryout to delivery after the fact. I tried contacting Papa John’s customer service to do this, but was informed that i would have to call the store directly to see if that was possible.

When i called back, i spoke with a gentleman named Eric. He was super friendly as well, and he let me know that he personally helped in making my order— which was phenomenal by the way!! 10/10 food. Eric was able to add a tip for the drivers for me, and was super knowledgeable about that process as well. He’s a solid employee as well!!! 10/10.

I can’t stress enough how impressed i was and am with the level and quality of customer service i received as a “complicated” (drunk) customer. (They never once made me feel that way.)

I recommended this papa johns in terms of food, speed, attentiveness to orders, and the friendliness of their employees. 5,000,000 stars to them!!!!!!!

Chrissy was amazing, he was able to Cancle my order immediately and direct me to the correct location because I sent my pizza to the wrong address(I’m an idiot) but he gave me the number to call and the extension. So sweet and helpful and wasn’t the slightest bit annoyed with me. I’ve never had a bad experience with papa John’s and i order from here at least 2x a week. Both the Arnold and Fenton locations are incredibly professional and efficient. 10/10 would recommend!

I went in just for a 2 liter of soda but was impressed by the cleanliness and staff was extremely nice and even gave me a few cups. If I'm in the area again and having a craving for a good old slice of papa John's pizza I know where to go. The district manager was also at the location and I could tell she is working with her stores to make sure they are being ran properly. Keep up the great work.

Absolutely the best pizza I've ever had. I placed my order late so I was expecting just average Papa John's (which is great). My pizzas were delivered promptly, the toppings and cheese were 100% covering the pizza right to the crust. I ordered extra cheese, (+ my toppings) stuffed crust, extra sauce and well done. It was perfect! I called the store because I wanted to thank the staff. I had a terrible day and was so satisfied. I wanted everyone to know how thankful I was. I found out there was only two on staff. The pizza maker and the driver. I mean...bravo. Sometimes it's the little things. Great job Papa John's Fenton MO!

The pizza and wings was warm. The first delivery person (door dasher) never brought me my food. I called. Jill said give it 5 more minutes. Failed. Jonathan answered the second time. He said he would make it again. They did. Called when door dasher picked it up. They had the door dasher call me on their way. They went out of their way to ensure I got my food. Amazing service.

Whats better than some of Papa’s special butter? I’ll tell ya , this Valley Park location. Hard working folk, trying to give a memorable pizza experience time in, time out. I see these other reviews, just ripping on the place. But I have always been greeted with a smile, engaged into some small talk, and leave with a “ thanks and see ya next time “. It’s quick carry out times, but delivery can vary on Friday's and Saturday's . But hey that is because of us, the consumers demanding our pizza all at the same time! Overall, eat here .

Papa John's has always been my go-to for pizza, the order is always correct and I can always find some sort of deal to make it even more worthwhile. The only time the pizza took FOREVER to show up to my place, they sent a coupon the next day and apologized. This is an awesome location to order from

Probably the best pizzas we've had in sometime, bbq Hawaiian pizza was so good we had to stop ourselves so we good have a snack later because it had to be enjoyed twice the double pepperoni was so loaded all 12 of my chauwahja were happy they love them some pepperoni. And they were satisfied last night. The other place is stingy calling it double. Pfttt... I opened that up and was so impressed I said done with blank because this is a real double pepperoni. Trust me they agreed.

Pizza is always hot and fresh!! I enjoy the new ideas that come from Papa John's. This store is a busy location and I never mind waiting for my delicious food!

Ordered at dinner time and it was awesome!! I use hot sauce on it and that just sets it off on the pepperoni pizza!! The breadsticks are substandard at best too!! 8.00 large one topping pizza you cant beat it!! Carryout only might I add. Dont live to close so it's a treat everytime!!

Fenton Store: They always make it right. IF you have any issues, at all, don't hesitate to call Nick or any of the other managers. I live on a hill and twice my order came to me looking sideways as ever. They made it right. Good ingredients and BETTER customer service: PAPA JOHN'S!

I own a local business and order from the Fenton location every week. They always get it right! Nick's store offers great service and makes a great pizza!

Had to get the non gluten crust. Was the best I have had in the area. Not as tough. All the toppings were great. Will be ordering again.

Never have an issue with this location. Super fast delivery even considering the current state of things with CIVID 19. Thank you for being there for your customers.

Good service and food. Note that there are no special parking places for "contactless pick-up. If you order from the App, there is a link on the bottom to let them know when you are there.
