Queens Public Library at Forest Hills

My experience here was behond amazing. I was there on Saturday with my two lil girls and was welcome by this positive fantastic person called Ms.Lucy. she gave us all the information about upcoming events. I live in fresh meadows and will comeback to this library instead of the one near me because of the love and care I received that day. Highly recommend. On saturday there was a Dominican music concert photo booth and face painting. Ms.Lucy was also super sweet and handed out stickers for the lil ones.

A really nice library! Friendly people, a lot of books in different languages, many rooms. The only problem is that it gets pretty crowded often.

The staff were very helpful and available. They were pro-active as well as attentive. Great 2nd floor children's section.

I like this location. People that work there are nice and friendly. Subway and bunch of buses are located nearby. They also have outside machine to return books after hours which is a great convenience sometimes. Great choices of books even for such a small venue

I love this library it so welcoming. It neat and clean. The children room is very clean and friendly they have huge collections of books and games for kids. The staff’s are so helpful. Kids really enjoy themselves also they organize theses fun programs activities for kids. Overall I would highly recommend this library.

What a cozy and wonderful place to spend time on hot summer days! The book selection is great and the librarians are incredibly polite and super helpful.

Great location. Wish library is open longer in the evenings and on Sundays . Would help with office goers. Good collection .

Our support group has been meeting there monthly for several years. We have always found the staff to be helpful, friendly and willing to accommodate our needs. The library itself is welcoming to all age groups. The children have their own floor which is lovely.

Love it here! SUPER easy to return books, literally takes 2 seconds to return each book you have. Staff is helpful, never had a problem. If you're lucky, there will be a short old woman who sometimes has red lips in the children's section, she is SOOOOOOO kind! I love her!

It's a small but decent library. Staff there are very responsible. Today is my first time visit this library, the lady in the front desk was very helpful. It only too me a few minutes to get my library card with her help. Highly recommended if you live in this neighborhood.

I spent most of my choldhood years there i still remember movie night when Mr.Ken said over the loud speaker of kids its movie time of you guys wanna watch frozen head down.to the basement. That was when frozen just came out. I cant believe how fast its been seems like yesterday. Oh n is Mr.Ken still there i really miss him. I remember going bakc 5 years after moving away when he saw me he still called me by my name. The sec he called me i literally broke down i miss him so much. If anyone sees this can u please send the message to him for me. "hi Mr.Ken I miss running around ur desk and annoying u for color pictures. I miss u n i hope u still remember me.🤧❤" - Lucy

Clean, big selection of books and the staff is friendly. They have 3 floors with one separate floor just for kids

Great library with books organized well during pandemic. It provides remote printing services which allows 20 page free per day.

Great place to go to read a book, magazine, or newspaper. Get out of the freezing cold, or enjoy the air conditioning in the summer. Check online or call the library for special events. They are very educational and fun.

It's a library, it's got a section for kids books, it's got chairs, what more do you need, it's great
