I absolutely love everyone at this office! My daughter has high anxiety and the dental assistants were so good with her that she actually went through with getting her teeth pulled. They all make you feel comfortable. There work is amazing!

I called late yesterday afternoon after a few unprofessional appointments (including a total no call no show on THEIR end) with another dentist. That coupled with a fear of dentistry and pain from neglected dental care due to the latter had me in tears and honestly, a bit of a wreck. I pulled up my insurance provider search and was using my phones assistant/talk to text to apply some filters. Long story short, I said the name Erik, didn't realize it was entered into the search...botta bing! There you were. I'm a firm believer that everything happens for a reason. I pushed call and my call was immediately answered. I'm unsure of the name of the gentleman I spoke to but everything about him was soothing, empathetic, kind and attentive. I immediately calmed down and had an appointment for my consult set within 2 weeks (possibly sooner should there be a cancellation) I cannot thank you enough. Call it fate, call it dumb luck....I call me blessed.

The best Dental practice around!!! Out of all the dentist offices I've ever been to, this one has been the Best! My first visit was an absolute pleasure. Amanda at the front office gave complete and amazing customer service, couldn't get better! Dr. Snell is awesome and will make you feel right at home and provide you the best of services! Allison did my cleaning and was extremely gentle and friendly, she is definitely an asset to the practice! If you want outstanding service that goes above & beyond, this is the right office!!!

My experience with Liberty Dental was absolutely amazing!! As a busy mom of 2 special needs kids and a newborn making time for my appointments is hard but after a rough pregnancy I desperately needed to be seen by a dentist. I was greeted by the cutest little helper in a state of the art building and was taken back with in 4min of my appointment time. Allison cleaned my teeth thorough but gentle and had excellent chair side manner. The room next to me an older lady who spoke English as her second lab was being seen and I could hear her hygienist comforting her and reassuring her throughout her entire cleaning which was so nice to hear. The dentist was so funny and made the best treatment plan for my budget and my smile. I have been on Medicaid now for 4 years since my second child with extraordinary needs was born and I am unable to work. I have not been treated with the dignity punctuality and just over all respect that I was shown from this office today since having traditional insurance. I am so grateful for this experience and am looking forward to coming back. (Something I would never think I would say about the dentist) I hope you guys see this review and give yourselves a high5 thank you for truly making my day!

Dr. Snell and his whole office is amazing!! It seriously feels like home waking in there. I recently got a tooth extraction and had very high anxiety from it. Luckily, Dr. Snell and his staff were the best and walked me through the entire procedure and made me feel so comfortable about it. This is by far the best dentist I’ve had!

Dr Chaudrey fixed a bad crown I had from another dental office. I suffered for two years visiting a series of corporate dental offices to address the issue to no avail. His level of care and compassion for me was the best I have ever seen. I highly recommend you see him if you are looking for an experienced dentist that excels in his practice. Dr Chaudrey’s heart is truly for his community and it shows in his work ethic.

I highly recommend this dentist! The entire staff is always nice and willing to take the time to listen, explain, and making sure you're comfortable! The office is super clean, sanitized and hardly a wait at all. I've had some bad experiences with dentists but my first visit I cried because they actually could help me! It's a breath of fresh air to have such a wonderful dentist and staff!

I can't say how much I love this dental office! From reception to treatment everyone is so welcoming and kind. I had the pleasure of being seen by Wendy, Brittany, and Sam, all guiding me through the pre and post procedure work, they are amazing! Dr. Snell is phenomenal; his funny, yet calming personality works wonders to ease any anxiety you might have, talking you right through the procedure. I highly recommend Dr. Snell and his team to ensure your smile stays beautiful.

Dr Erik Snell has a sense of humor and all of the staff are so friendly!
Must be a good place to work because it seemed like everyone there was happy and wanted to be there. My daughter went there first and she really likes him also and all the people there are always so kind. It makes you want to go to the dentist. No scolding or shaming you for not taking better care of your teeth. The office is at Liberty Way and is beautiful and has all the state of the art equipment. My old dentist retired. I really like this place and will be going back always! Thank You For Great Experience!!!!!!

I found Dr. Snell and his team soon after he opened the office at Liberty Center. I am extremely picky in regard to doctors and dentists, and I'm happy to say this is a great dental practice. The office is very nice, and the entire staff is professional and thorough. Coming from someone who searched high and low for an excellent dentist at a fair price, I highly recommend Dr. Snell and his Liberty Center Team. 5 stars!

Dr. Snell is very thorough and professional. His chair side demeanor is very calming & comforting (I’ve had previous horrific dental experiences that have caused anxiety). However, Dr. Snell has been very assuring and kind; I no longer stress about going to the dentist. I enjoy going to his office as he & his staff are consistently so friendly and inviting. They really make you feel comfortable and welcome. I recommend him over any other dentist I’ve ever been to, and will continue to go myself.

I have a fairly severe phobia to dentists. Had not been in over a decade. I needed a filling with a full deep pocket cleaning. I chose Twilight sedation best decision of my life! Wonderful work!! Very kind and friendly staff! They have been wonderful and kind.

In a day and age where customer service and friendliness are at an all time low, there is a place that renews my faith in both these attributes. Most people don’t think of the dentist as a place where you can have a position and uplifting experience but at LCDC this is definitely the case. From the time you enter the front door and are greeted by the smiling helpful staff, to the amazing hygienist that’s kind and personable, to Dr Snell who has the ability to make you feel like family, these people are second to none!

I've been a patient for several years now and after moving out of the area ,travel an hour to still come here. Dr. Snell and his staff are awesome. I actually look forward to my cleanings, lol. I had an implant done and was very anxious. They put my mind at ease and walked me through every step. Looks and feels great !

Let me start off by saying I generally loathe coming to the dentist. I get really bad anxiety, it can be expensive, and I’ve never found one I particularly like. That was until I started coming to Liberty Center Dental Care and Dr. Snell.

I have been coming to Liberty Center Dental Care for about 7 years now and I love it. The office is super modern and nice, always clean and comfortable. But what makes this place truly special is the people.

Dr. Snell, Amanda, and the rest of the staff have gone above and beyond to take care of me so many times. They’ve called in antibiotics promptly to take care of an infection, when my insurance got turned down randomly they worked with me to make sure I didn’t pay more that what I normally would have, and they have gotten me in last minute so I could stop being in pain.

I’m a big baby when it comes to the dentist, so the fact I can do the conscious sedation (gas and anti anxiety meds) there is great, and they are super reasonable on pricing - one time an appointment took longer than they thought (because my teeth were in worse shape than they thought unfortunately) and instead of billing me a second time for the sedation they were gracious enough to cover the cost. It’s things like that that make you feel taken care of as a person and not just a number.

I honestly can’t find a bad thing to say about LCDC other than I wish it was closer, but I will happily drive 45min because no where else would I feel as comfortable and taken care of as I do with Dr. Snell, and the rest of the team at Liberty Center Dental Care!

In every way I can think of, Dr. Snell, his staff and office are fantastic! I needed an emergency visit. They worked me in. 2 hours later, I was back to work as a health care provider. Karly, Jessica, Natalie & Dr. Snell, the best dentist I’ve seen in 56 years, took great care of me!
Simply put-I am extremely grateful for their great care & treatment!
