The place is really pretty. The staff were really nice and helpful. I found everything I was looking for. When I came, it wasn’t that busy and everything was in stock.

If I could give 1000 stars, I would in a heartbeat. Sarah, the assistant store manager, was incredible to work with. She was prompt with all of our conversations when discussing our corporate order, attentive to every moving piece, and just an overall delight. She is legitimately meant to do exactly what she is doing. The store was extremely clean and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. I will visit the store over and over again because of the service and experience we had.

Great selection and high quality products. Of course they can be a little expensive but they last forever so it's worth it in the long run. Store can get pretty busy at times so plan ahead.

I have a feeling that LuLu’s customer service is downgrading like most other retail stores out there. With that said, after several visits to the Polaris location, this location has regained my trust in LuLu as a brand. Mackenzie did a fantastic job using her time, patients, and care to help me out with some products that I purchased in the past. This was also at a time where the store was packed. I will be returning soon as a repeat customer with a new outlook on the brand.

My daughter and I had an awesome experience while shopping at this store. I had no problem exchanging a pair of leggings that were the wrong fit from another lululemon location. The sales staff was very friendly and extremely helpful! When my daughter and I left the store we both agreed that the staff was so nice! Great location that’s near so many other stores in the center. I did find that they were picked over in colors, styles and sizes. For
That reason I prefer to shop online. I did find a few things to take home, but should they have had the colors, styles i originally wanted I would have made a different purchase.

I have bought pretty much all my athletic wear from this venue. The staff has always been helpful and knowledgeable. 95% of my gear has worked perfectly; once I had an issue and they made it right immediately! Keep it up guys.

Staff at this location are awesome!!! Anya, Taylor and Eva are rockstars! Everyone was super friendly and helpful. This is the only location I will visit in person. Ordered a couple pairs of pants and will definitely be back soon!

Absolutely amazing!!!!! They could not have been more helpful and more accommodating to not only myself, but my children! They went out of their way to help me, as they saw my hands were full. This is the only Lulu store I shop at for that exact reason! Their staff should be recognized!

Super nice employees. Only thing I wish they can do is match the sale they have online. Kinda expensive here especially for a pair of leggings.

I have been into many different lululemon stores but the customer service in this particular store blew me away. Easton is pretty far from my house but I can honestly say that Anna (the associate that helped me) was amazing and so helpful and I will definitely drive the extra way to shop from her again!
