Finding a van lately has been difficult. I had to do a lot of searching and couldn’t find anything available in my area (Binghamton). I found a ‘17 Pacifica at Maguire in Watkins Glen and called the dealership. It was available. That same day I drove my ‘11 Grand Caravan from Binghamton to Watkins Glen and traded it in for the Pacifica. The transaction went very smoothly and all three employees were very nice and professional. They are now taking care of a few issues with the van under warranty. They even allowed us a loaner vehicle while the van is getting taken care of. It’s been a pleasure to deal with them.

I noticed that my car inspection had expired and because we were in Watkins for the weekend, I called Maquire hoping to have it done as quickly as possible. I was able to get an appointment for Saturday (I called Thursday afternoon). I was greeted by friendly staff who immediately went to inspect my car. I had a very enjoyable experience.

We are a family of many vehicles. We have used many dealerships in our time. This dealership and specifically Richie Scott are fabulous to work with. No endless sales pitches on extended warranties etc. He knew we had done our homework, where we wanted to be number wise and he cut all of the middle BS out and gave us our numbers. We purchased right away. On our two hour drive home we noticed a sound under the hood - It took WEEKS (nearly a month) to get a full evaluation through Chrysler (at no fault of Maguires) - during that time Richie delivered us a replacement vehicle to use while our new truck was in the shop. Chrysler was jerking us around and didn't seem to want to do right by us after finding metal shavings while breaking down the motor. Maguires did not hesitate for one second at taking back our recent purchase. Richie went above and beyond helping us locate other trucks, getting them moved to his facility and making endless calls about the implications on our current & new loans and the GAP coverage we had purchased. They even allowed us ample time to test drive another truck before 100% deciding we would purchase it, as to avoid a similar situation to the one we were in. I mean it when I say above and beyond - Richie is one of the truly great salesmen. We appreciated his knowledge, promptness and professionalism!

We were on vacation in Watkins Glen and our car broke down. Jeff and his parts/service team were able to find the parts and get our car back up and running again, so we could return home on time. Thanks for your urgency and excellent service! Highly recommended!

We were preparing to leave an Airbnb north of town, when starting our 2010 Dodge Journey and found the check engine light on and the engine running rough. Upon looking under the hood we found a lot of grass and debris from what appeared to be chipmunks nesting on top of the engine. I could see at least one spark plug wire chewed off and was not sure what other damage was done. I called Maguire's and left a message with the service manager. He returned my call promptly and said to have it towed there and he would get it looked at. After getting it towed in, they looked over the issue and repaired it in a very timely manner. They completed the repairs and had us on the road to PA in an hour and a half. Great customer service and timeliness in handling our repair needs on a very short notice.

Bought a 2022 Ram 1500 limited of these guys had a bunch of defects. They told me to take it to my local garage and get it fixed. Now it looks awesome. Great group of guys at this garage would do business with them again.

We had a great experience buying our new truck! We found the truck we wanted online and were able to make all arrangements via phone/text/email to trade-in our vehicle and purchase the new one. They even delivered it to us, which was a tremendous help because we have 2 toddlers. From out of state to see waterfalls. Thought trans had gone out. Mike Storm helped us right away. New battery and ALT was all it needed. Honest place! (Could have sold us trans). Gave us loaner car to go see the falls! Traveled another 1200 miles to get home with no problems whatsoever! Great, friendly, reasonable, and HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
