Recently ate at the Pleasant Valley Inn for our anniversary. It was probably the most enjoyable meal we have shared in a long time. The service was impeccable, and the meal was fantastic. The restaurant is a beautiful 1800 Victorian farmhouse and is decorated beautifully. They also offer a Pub area with a pub menu for those who are interested in that. We highly recommend this venue.

Party of eight! Was a combination anniversary and surprise dinner with my siblings. First, the staff assisted my wife wonderfully with the surprise! The Inn is beautiful, the appetizers were shared and enjoyed by all at the table. The entrees were both visually lovely and appealing, as they were delicious. I believe there were seven different dinners ordered, and all at the table were very pleased. The staff was very good. We do not live in the area, but will dine there when we visit family again soon.

A group of four we stayed at the bed and breakfast for a three day weekend to celebrate a special birthday. We had a sisters only weekend. The rooms are clean and comfortable. A nice added touch is home made chocolate chip cookies in a jar in each room. The breakfast included with staying at the inn were top notch. The fresh squeezed orange juice was out of this world. The fruit parfait fantastic, we also had Belgian waffles. Breakfast was always piping hot. Coffee and Tea as well. Kammi the inn keeper also provided a tour of the inn with the history and changes over the years. Was incredible to learn some of the grapevines on and near the property were 200 years old.
We ate at the Pub one evening and again top notch food with options also to eat from the dining room menu. We highly recommend the Edtini’s to drink. The French onion soup was the best I ever had. I also had the buffalo cauliflower that was a delight to the palate.
Another evening we enjoyed in the main dining room. We all choose something different and shared. The beet salad was a delight and such a great fall item. Staying at the inn we watched them take zucchini fresh off their vines for dinner. We also all cleared our plates.
The staff was incredible everyone was so pleasant and really worked as a team. Staff was also knowledgeable and offered great tips for things to see in the area. Definitely a treasure and will return in the future.

We recently held our daughters college graduation dinner at the Pleasant Valley Inn and we can not say enough good things about the experience! Everyone was friendly and professional, the food was excellent! Jessica and Jennifer made sure our entire evening was wonderful. The Hutches’ were great to work with and ensured our specific needs were met. Highly recommend!

We stayed at Pleasant Valley Inn for five nights and ate at the restaurant once. Our stay was simply amazing! The contactless check-in was smooth and the bedroom was great (we stayed at room 3). The only thing is that room 2 and 3 face the main road. So if you're a light sleeper, I'd recommend staying at rooms 1 and 4 for less car noise. Breakfast was the best part of our stay there! Laurie is an incredible cook, always coming up with something new, and she has great tips about what to do around the area. In the evening, whenever it wasn't raining, we lit up the fire pit and it was very pleasant.

In terms of the restaurant, we both had the chicken milan. Portions are large and it was good. Staff was friendly, but seems kind of short-staffed. All in all, the experience at dinner was okay.

Anyway, definitely recommend staying at this inn and enjoying their fabulous property and breakfast!

I had driven by a million times and never stopped. We had a wonderful experience with delicious food. The wait staff was courteous in such a refreshing way. I haven't experienced that type of kindness in a restaurant in a long time. They made you feel like you were special in a special place. It has an old style feel which was very nice and relaxing; wall paper, chandeliers, candle lite, curtains on the windows. Everything we got was so delicious. It was just my wife and I. We got shrimp cocktail and escargot to start. Both were excellent. The cocktail had four pieces of spiced shrimp served cold with cocktail sauce and a few pieces of lump crab. Escargot was also delicious, served in a butter garlic with a lemon slice and 2 pieces of a garlic type bread. It was thin and crispy but chewy on the inside. It was excellent with the escargot. My wife got the lobster risotto which she loved. The asparagus was crispy and cut into bite sized pieces, the lobster was claw meat and there were several claws worth of meat. I got the seafood pasta and was very pleased with my choice. The handmade pasta was very thin and the spicy red sauce was a mild but tasty level of spice. Plenty of calamari, a huge shrimp, plump and flavorful mussels, and bite size pieces of salmon and a white fish that I couldn't identify. All of it was excellent and the sauce was delicious. We brought my mother home some crab cakes for watching the dogs and they were also very good. Tender with lump crab and a side of delicious fingerling potatoes. We had such a wonderful time. The flavor of everything was beyond our expectations and the ambience was so unexpectedly pleasant. We had some Moscow mules and wine, the cocktails and wine were excellent as well. It is worth a stop, we will be back. We couldn't stop staying how wonderful it was on our way home.

The hospitality was great right from the start! Service was top notch and the management came to our table to welcome us personally. The place is very quaint and quite nice. Our appetizers where both very tasty and better then expected. Our main courses where both very very good with more then enough food for the price. The star for me was the key lime pie. Hands down one of the best slices of key lime I have ever had.

What can I say besides I can't wait to come back! Great place with warm and exceptional hospitality. Jen is absolutely terrific. Rooms are comfortable and spacious with everything you'd need. Rocking chairs on a porch overlooking a large "backyard" with a really nice fire pit surrounded by 8 Adirondack chairs. The Breakfasts are wonderful and certainly aren't "continental" like some B&B's. You MUST dine in the restaurant. Food is superb, wine list solid and the pub attached is perfect for a before or after dinner drink. We had one problem with the AC unit in the room and Jen actually replaced the unit itself in 15 MINUTES!!! Can't get better service than that on a 90 degree day in July! I cannot recommend PVI more highly, just superb.

My husband and I stayed here for part of our honeymoon along the Finger Lakes. It was perfect! The porch and views were gorgeous, the location is very convenient to some amazing Vineyards and a beautiful woodsy walking trail, the food was absolutely delicious, and the atmosphere was very romantic! We also felt extremely comfortable with how clean the room and dining area were during COVID. The owner and innkeeper were extremely friendly, service was fabulous. We both highly recommend and can't wait to return!

We stayed here two nights and had a dinner at the restaurant. Our hosts were very pleasant, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The breakfasts were fantastic. We loved the French toast. The lox and homemade bagels were also wonderful. Eating at the restaurant after a day of winery touring was the best. Really the best meal I've had in a long time (maybe the best ever?) and we regularly eat at nice places.

Such an amazing dinner experience. I highly recommend PVI to anyone in the Keuka Lake area.
Chef did an amazing job - charcuterie board, colossal shrimp cocktail, oysters, and philly spring rolls just to start and it only got better. Service was top knotch. We will be back again soon

The zucchini stacker appetizer is absolutely phenomenal as we're the crab cakes. Our waitress was attentive and friendly. It was a perfect way to spend our anniversary! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a high end dining experience in Hammondsport.

This was a lovely evening. Beautiful and relaxing dining. Taper candles are a nice touch. Our waitress Jessica and all staff we encountered were very friendly and nice. Cocktails were well done and our dinners were excellent. Baked potato Soup and salad were wonderful and our entrees were delicious. My husband had the petite filet with crab. Filet was so tender and perfectly prepared to med rare as requested. I had crab cakes with fingerling potatoes and greens/arugula which I totally enjoyed. Finished off with homemade vanilla bean ice cream topped with Evan Williams bourbon caramel sauce.....wow, sooo good. This was our favorite dining experience in the finger lakes region during our 4 days stay. What a wonderful treat on our last night. We would highly recommend.

My girlfriend and I found this place looking online and were pleasantly surprised by the experience. The staff were wonderful and the food was exquisite. my girlfriend ordered the full rack of Lamb entrée and I the crab pasta. The lamb was just out of the world. It was cooked to perfection, medium rare. And the potatoes that came with were delicious too.

I enjoy food. The other 8 women in my group knew that I was thoroughly enjoying the Chicken Milan. They were all pleased with their meals as well.

Our server was both professional, as this is a fine dining experience, and friendly.

My portion of the bill did not include a drink or dessert. With tip, I paid $38. My budget demands saving my next visit for a very special occasion.

Excellent! Fish chowder was exquisite. The addition of smoked salmon to it was amazing. The goat cheese stuffed pepper appetizer and garlic shrimp were great. Unfortunately to full for desert. Highly recommend. Truly fine dining.

Great food, COVID friendly! Our party of 8 included 2 kids, and we were perfectly accommodated in the outside tent fully equipped with candles. Would definitely go back. Highly recommend.
