Once again Catlin was amazing. This place has always been spot on. The receptionist is always very friendly & helpful. The mood of place is always great. I had some serious knots in my upper shoulders & Catlin addressed all the issues. I'm very happy every time I go. Keep up the great work. Will definitely be returning.

When I walked in, I immediately felt at ease and asked for a treatment. Receptionist/massage therapist was very warm and friendly (sorry I forgot your name).

I had a Reiki session with Naomi and she was ~wonderful~. She took the time to understand where I was residing emotionally/energetically which I appreciated after being holed up in a cabin alone for 3 days. The session was super magnetic, I felt a surge of warm energy and she helped me take some deep breaths since I'm a shallow breather. I enjoyed her perspectives post session as well. She's very intuitive and takes the time to listen to your body -- mental, physical, and energetic. Highly recommend if you're in the area and you need some clearing/cleansing/healing. <3 She's a good one.

I had my first professional massage here and it was wonderful! An incredibly warm and welcoming experience from the moment I walked in the door. I registered for my second appointment today and included an add-on feature of which there are lots to choose from.

Every experience I've had at Birch has been wonderful. From making the appointment to checking in and of course the massages. Every masseuse I've encountered has been nothing but professional and Incredibly talented. I highly recommend them to all of my friends and family.

I was gifted a massage to Birch, I finally had the chance to go and I was not disappointed. Martha was my masseuse and she was kind, knowledgeable, and skillful. The massage was wonderful. The facility was clean, calm, and welcoming. I will definitely book again when I have the chance!

I’ve been getting massages from Daniell D for a year now. I started out at every 6 weeks, then increased to monthly, now I’m coming every 2/3 weeks!! I cannot get enough and can’t tell enough people about her. She is beyond amazing and I leave every session feeling more physical relief and mental clarity than ever. 1000% recommend

Had such an amazing massage here that really stood out comparatively to other local spa experiences I have ever had. Eric really took time to understand specific requests that would ensure I got the most out of the experience, and even ended the session with more helpful advice to practice at home. All of the staff was warm and engaging and I look forward to returning one day!

My husband and I were visiting the area from Long Island and decided to get massages before heading home. Place was inviting and relaxing. Our massage therapists were excellent, knowledgeable, and professional. I would recommend Birch Body Care to anyone that lives in the area, or visiting. We left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. Only regret we have is just doing the 30 minute!! If we visit the area again, we will definitely book another massage! Thank you for the great experience!

I had a 30 minute massage session booked with Karen today, it was the best massage I’ve ever had. She was sensitive to areas where I was in pain and even gave stretching tips after the session. Will definitely be back on future trips to this area.

My fiancé and I had a couples massage there earlier today. We have no complaints. To start…they allowed us to have our massages done in the same room which we loved. Other places that we called did not allow this for some reason. They are reasonably priced and very good at what they do. I work in the healthcare field, so I’m on my feet all day. My fiancé works in the city and spends a lot of time on the road and on his feet. Brittany and Danielle both did such an amazing job at working out all of the knots in our backs and feet. My back and foot pain is currently nonexistent for the first time in many years. They were very professional and both have a good sense of humor. I would definitely recommend this place. It’s a little hidden gem of Kingston.

Had a therapeutic massage with Jenn D. WOW. She's GOOD. It was amazing! Before seeing her, I was suffering from a stiff lower back and some hip pain and was having a hard time getting up from a seated position without a lot of stiffness and pain (and that awkward shuffle that you do when your back hurts and it takes a second or two to adjust to walking from sitting? That!) After my massage, I have been able to get up without stiffness or having to have my body adjust to being upright before moving! It’s been wonderful. I highly recommend Jenn and Birch Body Care!!!!
